The project was remodeling a 1917 farmhouse and joining it with new construction. Craig was with us in the earliest conceptions of this project. He took a personal interest, walked the property, and produced as-built plans for us. Then he drew the plans for us, which included a full remodel of the farmhouse, demolition of some outbuildings, and adding on about 1000 square feet of new build. The challenge was joining the two homes together and making it look good together. Craig did this seamlessly. His creativity in making this a "one of a kind" home has really produced a beautiful new/old farmhouse. The design features big fir timbers and a floating staircase up into the loft. Throughout the project he came up with great ideas, small changes here and there that happen with a 100 year old remodel. He was also very patient and helpful with us as we made changes along the way. He stayed within our agreed budget even though price of lumber changed this year. He interfaced wonderfully with all the subcontractors, and allowed us to do some of the work we have experience with, like flooring and paint. All in all, dreaming and building with Craig was a great experience, and I recommend him very highly. This is the third house we have built together, and it has definitely been the most fulfilling and fun. Thank you, Craig!

Craig designed our remodel and addition project. He listened to what we wanted; on our own, we thought we knew how to lay out the floor plan, but his insights helped create a much better flow. The final design improved the flow of our home, addressed our needs, and helped us achieve great curb appeal. We are very pleased with the result!

I've been working with Craig to re-design an older home. Having come in with initial ideas of our own, he not only provided drawings based on those, but proposed an alternative that we had not considered that was much bolder and more exciting, likely to also be more profitable. He was then absolutely willing to work with either of our choices, which turned out to be his own design. During the process he has been consistently positive, flexible and open to all ideas. We've received clear communication and excellent quality designs from Craig, all done on the timeline he laid out. Very enjoyable to work with.

Craig drafted the plans for our addition & remodel in the spring of 2017. He was considerate and very easy to work with throughout the process. I especially appreciated the fact he was willing to fit my small project in during an otherwise busy time leading up to the summer. His availability and quick turn around for our plans was absolutely the critical factor in our ability to start our project this year. I would absolutely recommend his services!

We engaged CLT Design to give us advice on the design of our new farm Winery. They did an excellent job of giving us design advice on the entry and overall design of the winery and venue. Very helpful. Will us them again as we move forward.

A friendly professional who listened to our ideas, got the overall feel of the project and submitted plans based on those discussions. Readily adapted to plan changes. Kept the project within our budget. The design was on time and there were no "hidden" costs. Will definitely be using them again with our next build project.

Craig and his team did a wonderful job repairing structural damage of our porte-cochere. They were quick and efficient, and had strong communication.
