Creative Space Design and Build Ltd

Welcome to Creative Space Design and Build. We’re a London design and build company specialising in loft conversions and house extensions, and for over 15 years we’ve been helping homeowners across the capital create the extra space they need and the homes they love. We believe a great project starts with listening. Every home and every family is different, so we take the time to understand how you live, what you’d like to achieve and what matters most to you. From there, our team takes care of everything, from initial design and planning through to construction and the finishing touches. Having one experienced team manage your project from start to finish means clear communication, a smoother process and a finished space that truly reflects your vision. Our years in the London market have given us an in-depth knowledge of the city’s varied property styles, local planning requirements and building regulations. Whether you’re dreaming of a bright new loft bedroom, a spacious kitchen extension or a complete reconfiguration of your home, we bring the same care, expertise and attention to detail to every project. With offices in Walthamstow, Brixton and Epsom, we work with clients throughout London and the surrounding areas. We’d love to hear about your plans, so please get in touch to arrange a friendly, no-obligation consultation.
