We used Creative Spaces in 2020 for our loft and wanted to use them for our extension as we trusted them and were confident they would provide the high quality finish that we wanted. They completed the side return on schedule and to the agreed estimations. Any issue was resolved quickly and we are very happy with the finished result.

Creative Spaces did an excellent job on our full renovation of our maisonette in Battersea including a loft conversion to create a master bedroom and ensuite shower room, and included a new roof, and the ceiling being lowered to make enough space for a full height room in the loft. The full design and build service was exactly what we needed as we were pretty clueless, have full time busy jobs and it meant that we had the support we needed through the planning process and thereafter. We really liked working with Luke, Steve and Eugene to get our project over the line, communication was great, they finished the job in the promised time frame, and we are so pleased with the results.

Creative Spaces were the build team for my south London extension and refurbishment. They are reliable, professional and helpful. Costs were as agreed unless something was changed (by me!). Steve, Stello, Victoria and the team were all responsive, flexible and easy to work with, I would definitely recommend them. The project completed on time last year, final snagging which was minor and largely decorative was summer 2022 - that was intentional to let things settle given the significant changes to the house.

Creative Space did a brilliant job on our ground and first floor extension in Walthamstow, completed early 2021. The team are friendly and hard working, and the build and decoration were finished to a high standard. We are very pleased we chose them for the job and would highly recommend to others.

It's a long due, I am writing today. Creative space design is an excellent firm that you can fully trust. Everything was planned and they finished within our budget and time frame. I'd certainly recommend this service.

We used Creative Space to manage and build our loft conversion and I have to say they did an excellent job. The build quality is top notch, and they even came back almost a year later to tidy up the inevitable settling cracks. The team made suggestions throughout the project to improve the end result, rather than simply following the plans without question. Our one negative was that the project management could have been better. This did lead to a few miscommunications within the team and we had to chase hard throughout. However, if you can stay on top of that side of things I would have no hesitation in recommending Luke, Stello and the team, we couldn't be happier with the end result. Unfortunately 4.5 stars not possible.

When embarking on our loft conversion we were really keen to find a building company that would not only produce a top quality finish but be open, communicative and consult us when decisions needed making. From the outset Luke and his team spoke our language. He knew the type of loft we were looking for, listened to and worked with our consultant architect and there was no fuss when variations were made to drawings. When the build started we were delighted to see that a WhatsApp group was made between us, the build team and project manager. Stello and his team were considerate, quick and efficient and really produced an outstanding finish - despite a bit of disruption towards the end due to a the arrival of a new addition to our family. We’ve had so many compliments on the loft and are so glad we chose Creative Spaces. We’d definitely recommend them!
