They were very patient with me when we had some financial challenges that stalled the project for a while, but once we were fully ready, our project took off at full speed. We added a full master suite (490 sq ft) over garage, entire house re-floored and a 10 x10 patio cover attached to house. Andrew and his team listened to our ideas and made a design that suited our needs. Planning stage, he went step by step and made sure we understood and were comfortable with plans before construction started so no changes were needed. What I liked the most, Andrew was the point of contact and I did not have to deal with any other sub contractors. Andrew was available when we had questions and then always followed up in a timely manner. Andrew and his team were always professional and polite. Our house was completed in Sept of 2019 and we are really enjoying this new addition. Andrew has been in contact with us well after completion to see how things are going or just to say "Hi". My wife and I recommend this team highly for any construction needs. Thank You Craig & Judi Weinrich.

We were fortunate to be introduced to Andy Burton/Creekside Homes through our real estate agent. Andy is very professional and low-key. He initially gave an informative presentation about his company and building philosophy, left us with a book about constructing a home. This was the first home I've ever built, thus a new experience and quite a leaning one. Andy and his staff navigated us through the many options as well as dealing with the home design, siting, and finish. Our mid-century modern home is everything we've dreamed of, including some mid construction changes, that were handled with efficiency and professionalism. Quality and at a fair price. I recommend this company and Andy Burton and an happy to call him a friend.

After interviewing 2 contractors and doing research, we hired Andrew Burton/Creekside Homes to build our home in McMinnville. He went through the whole process with us..from helping us select a lot, to the house design and finally the build itself. He gave us his book to use as a building guide and it served as a great reference for planning throughout the building process. He was always prompt in addressing our concerns and even though our home was completed in May, he continues to stand by his work. We are now settled in our beautiful new home. Creekside undertook the renovation of my mid-century modern home in the spring of 2016. House was in dreadful shape. Remodel involved reconfiguration of bedroom wing of the house to accommodate a 1st floor laundry, total kitchen update, 2 bathrooms renovated, 6 skylights added and hardwood floors throughout. Much of the house was taken down to the studs. This was a major project. Project came in on time, on budget. Some subs were better than others. Andrew Burton is easy to work with and goes out of his way to satisfy. I'd certainly hire him again to undertake future projects.

Hired Creekside Homes off a referral from a relative. Quality of the work was great and progress was made quickly. Did a complete interior home remodel including; wall removal, floor removal, master bath overhaul, paint and trim. Would recommend Creekside for any type of home remodel that you may have. They did a fantastic job working with our needs and made our home look amazing.

We recently moved into our beautiful custom home. Andrew and Issac were super easy to work with and literally bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. They were always positive and helpful in their responses to our requests or changes without increasing the costs. They gave an accurate building quote and stuck to it. We built a energy efficient home and they provided experts to make it happen such as 8 inch outer wall construction, tankless water heater, solar panels, triple paned Windows to mention a few. We also got to work with a professional interior designer to help us put it all together. The workmanship throughout the house is great and we were able to design built ins to meet our dreams. Their can- do attitude was refreshing and we appreciated their professionalism.

We contracted with Creekside Homes, Inc. to construct a beach house. Our contact was Andrew Burton. The house came out better than we anticipated. In addition to quality construction, Creekside paid close attention to details. Fixtures and appliances that are normally upgrades are standard for Creekside. For example, standard kitchen and bathroom hardware was oiled bronze. Hardwood flooring and a slate fireplace were also standard. Andrew Burton always responded quickly to our inquiries and provided timely responses to our requests. High end, customized, quality construction comes at affordable prices with Creekside. We highly recommend them.

Creekside Homes constructed our 3400 sq.ft., $575k custom home and we are more than happy with the results. Andrew, was great at helping refine the design and adding special construction techniques and putting up with my constant changes. Rather than having standard openings in the entryway and between room areas he built arches and we've had nothing but positive comments on the home. We have 8" side walls with alternating studs on the exterior walls. Insulation which is blown in behind a membrane which feels firm to the touch and fills all voids. The R-values are phenomenal and the results are a warm quiet home. Andrew was always conscious of the the budget and overruns, he stayed on task. I was in charge of overruns and upgrades which I skillfully managed to trash his budget projections. Bottom line is we would hire Creekside again without hesitation, we love our home. We would also like to thank Issac and crew for giving us our incredible home.
