I am a returning customer. Creo Construction put a new roof on my house a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, I did not have my 4 skylights changed when they did, so I had them come back last month. The process was so smooth it's almost hard to believe. With Logan at the helm, the 4 skylight were removed and replaced the same day without any problems. We needed our enclosed porch rebuilt with weatherproof Azek materials and learned that Creo was a certified Azek contractor on Houzz. The estimate outlined the job and materials and we understood what needed to be done. The team was very responsive and lived up to what they said they would do. Communications were clear and frequent. Our expectations were on point. The crew was very professional, respectful and worked hard to achieve great results. Our porch is gorgeous and we are very happy with the work. We are proud of our home and have Creo to thank. Creo Costruction achieved what two other contractors could not do.

Creo Construction just completed a new Timberline roof, vinyl siding and Azek trim on our home. We worked with Sam from inception. He was patient with our changes, revisions to estimates and all decisions in between. Sam monitored all aspects of the job and was on the job site at least once or twice a day making sure crews were working to the high quality standards that Creo Construction stands for. Sam kept in constant contact throughout the process. I have high expectations of how a job should be completed and they well exceeded them. Sam and Creo Construction are first rate. Would I recommend them? You bet. We have already contracted with them to work on another home. You can't go wrong with this firm.

Creo Construction did excellent work at our home. New front portico with copper roof, Hardie Plank siding and new gutters. They are professional from the estimate through the final details. Excellent project management with ongoing and prompt communication, flexible, honest and superior work. I would hire them again and recommend them highly for residential improvements.

The project entailed removing and replacing the old roof, siding, gutters, partial brick face (on the front of our house), the Living Room picture window, and 2 double hung windows. Vinyl siding and GAF Timberline roofing were used. Creo Construction did everything RIGHT from my first contact with John Creo when asking for estimates, to completing the Punch List at the end of the project. Creo Construction and John were very professional in every way. John was quick to respond with detailed estimates and accurate quotations, and met ALL deadlines for completion of the project. John provided excellent recommendations to help us determine the appropriate materials for our home. His friendly demeanor makes him a pleasure to work with, but he demands nothing but the best workmanship from his crews. John was also very flexible in making changes as required during the project and quickly followed up with accurate change orders. We were also very pleased that the Creo crews left the job site clean and neat every day. John made it a point to personally follow the progress of work at the job site. The quality of workmanship and materials on this project was excellent. Could we have selected a better contractor for our project - I don't think so!!

Home was resided and chimneys done with stacked stone. The work was completed in one of the worst winters, and in spite of horrendous weather the siding work was done fast and with great workmanship by a very efficient crew. Creo Construction oversaw the whole process and made sue there was minimum inconvenience to the household - they did a great clean up job when taking down the old siding.
