I purchased an above ground pool from this company and have absolutely no complaints. I found the pool I liked on the website,called them for details and the rest was done with e-mail or phone calls, I never once went to their store. Their sales rep "Cari" was knowledgeable and professional and on top of the entire transaction from beginning to end including, the purchase, offering promos, setting up installation, scheduling, she even set me up with a guy to build a deck and scheduled that as well!! Everything was on time and as promised all with a pleasant "can do" attitude.Considering I never went to the store and only had to answer a few e-mails and phone calls to get this done I am impressed with their service,good "old fashioned" American service! Thank you Cari and all at Cryer Pools!!!

We bought a pool and spa for my husbands spinal condition. Installation went well, price was competitive, customer service is excellent. The center of our home has now become our backyard! I began working with Cari Eaton by printing and mailing her marketing campaigns and have found the entire staff to be welcoming and accommodating. Did I mention knowledgeable, too? They are all that. They can work with the most upscale clients and the down home good ol' boys as well. My family really appreciates the continued service we receive no matter how silly our questions may seem!
