We purchased a house that needed renovations and had a about 4 months before we planned to move in. We were on a short timeline and an even shorter on budget. We got lucky when we found CTS Remodeling! They were able to work within our timeline and budget. They completely renovated our Kitchen and Family room, created a laundry room, painted the entire interior of the house as well as do some additional plumbing and electrical work over the next 3 1/2 months. They finished up just as we moved in! Perfect! Pat and Cheryl were friendly and guided us through this complicated process with great ideas and advice. They showed us ways to save money, time and had excellent design ideas. Everything was well crafted and constructed. We loved everything and are completely happy with the job they did for us! They are real pros! Do not hesitate to hire them for your job, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I are very fortunate to have found CTS Remodeling, they rebuilt our front porch and painted it on our 1853 farm house and exceeded our expectations. Patrick provided an acccurate quote and time frame for our first floor remodel. He demo-ed the old kitchen, removed walls and expanded the area with a new footprint and island for an open plan, including dry wall and new wood flooring. I am particular, but he rolled with a few change orders, and gave creative ideas when I got stuck. He was on site every day, and always responded to texts and phone calls - great communication. The job was estimated to take 6 weeks and it took 9 weeks because things happen when you remove walls. He re-constructed a new cabinet drawer to make room for existing plumbing that had been in a wall, preserving most of the storage in the drawer! I would recommend Patrick for any job.

Job was finished even earlier than originally predicted. I love how my vision came together with their help! The RTA cabinets I chose are great and a cheaper option with CTS putting them together and installing. Love the quartz countertop as well from their recommended dealer.
