I have been a client of Curtain Call since 2019 and I can honestly say that Yumi and her team are efficient, have exceptional customer service, and a professional staff who can install custom, high-quality window treatments. I have three young children at home, and they have gotten their hands on the shade remote control more than a few times (despite being beyond their reach!), and have reprogrammed the shade where they won't close all the way. Every time this happened, Yumi responded almost immediately to my email, asked the right questions and quickly dispatched her team to fix the problem. I am beyond happy with Curtain Call - for their shades, curtains, and especially for their customer service. I would highly recommend this shade company if you're on the market for for window treatments!!

Yumi installed all the blinds in my apartment. Two motorized units in the bedrooms and pull shades for the living. She did an incredibly job and it's clear she values quality and service, even being so meticulous as to change out an entire blind when she noticed a small red spot in a corner. She is a bit on the expensive side but you do get what you pay for.

My wife and I are happy with the new shades that Curtain Call installed. We were impressed with Yumi's consultation. She asked about how long we are planning to keep this unit and introduced a couple of options depending on the plan, along with the Pros and Cons for each option. She finally recommended the product style and design to meet our plan and to make the room look bigger, which can be a benefit when we rent or sell this unit in the future. I know Yumi is also a Real Estate licensed agent, who knows how to attract prospective buyers and tenants with window treatments. I do not think I can get this level of consultation from any other vendor. Her service is beyond expectation. I strongly recommend Yumi to anyone who is looking for a custom window treatment.

We love our shades! Lots of fabrics to choose from, and the dual roller with the blackout and solar shade look really great and were perfect for our space. Our windows are oversized, and it was no issue at all. Install was quick and easy and they look fantastic. Definitely recommend!

The first time that I placed an order working with Yumi @ Curtain Call was in 2007, which was 18 years ago. I have enjoyed the detachable and machine-washable Curtain Call’s unique Roman Shades, and I put more Roman Shades after I expanded my condo. Recently, I had two projects working with Yumi. The first project was to upgrade my old shades to motorized shades in the living room and Master bedroom. My wife and I have enjoyed the new motorized shades, which give more convenience for operation. I know I can keep the new products for another 20 years. As the 2nd project, I also worked with Yumi to replace Sofa Covers in my dental clinic. After she picked up the old sofa covers, she could put the new covers on about two weeks later, which I can not get the short lead time working with any other vendors. The work was done so well, and I am happy with the results. Her passion and professionalism never disappointed me since she delivers the best results that I am satisfied with. I recommended her to my friends as well, and I am happy to keep recommending her to everyone I know.
