I have been working with Austin for over 3 years. He is a great architect and person to work with. He thoroughly understands how to get complex CA coastal projects done from start to finish. The city of LA is a very difficult place to build, especially in the coastal zone. Austin continues jump the hurdles placed in front of us by the various government entities to get the job done.

Being involved in real estate development, I have worked with Austin as our lead architect over several projects spanning multiple years and have nothing but great things to say about the experiences. Austin has an innate sense of maximizing space and structure value - so much so that we rarely have any changes to suggest from his original unique vision. That being said, if we have ever thought of something that we might want to see in a different style, Austin is extremely flexible and receptive to hearing us and implementing our ideas. Austin is very driven and has always had excellent communication and turnaround times. It has always been a pleasure to work with Austin, and I am currently working with him on designing and building my personal residence. Austin designed our coastal contemporary home, which is currently under construction in Manhattan Beach, California. He's been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the project. He's creative and highly skilled, but also adept at explaining things in a way that clients can understand.
