We hired Cusimano Architects after we had an issue getting the original architect of our remodel to respond. We were going to be doing a complete remodel of our master bathroom and bedroom and wanted to make sure that this part of the house was complimentary to the other side that had been completely remodeled a few years earlier (we have a ranch style, U shaped house so only one side was done). It was large project, but Kelly and his team, especially Pawel, not only incorporated the two sides together, but we actually think the newer side looks better than the older side does even though they are complimentary of each other. In fact we were so happy with the outcome, that we had them redesign the front stucco and garage so the house looks more modern. Pawel and Kelly did an amazing job. Pawel came up with some very creative details that really added to the job (after all its the little details that make one house stand out from another). I would highly recommend Cusimano for anyone looking to do a major renovation or new build in the future.

Kelly and his team are incredibly professional and designed our new home from scratch. They were incredibly responsive to our feedback and successfully designed a house that met our criteria of functionality as well maximizing natural light and beauty overall. They also worked very well with our builder and our interior designer, creating the perfect team. Kelly and team are the best and we highly recommend them. We engaged Kelly to help with a multi-phase remodel + extension of our 1930's house in Southampton. Prior to purchasing, Kelly walked the house with us and gave some initial impressions. We closed on the house and began working with Kelly and Luis on phase one of the remodel. The Cusimano team was incredibly creative and thought of a floorplan that we never imagined. Phase 1 is done and we're now living in the house. The Phase 1 living areas are thoughtfully planned and a highlight of our home - making us eager to begin the remaining phases. No doubt that we'll work with Cusimano on the future phases as well!

Kelly and team designed and helped build an amazing home for our family. The level of detail during both the design and construction phase allowed the builder to execute to a high level of precision. I would highly recommend Cusimano Architect. We hired Kelly to design our Houston Heights area home on a small, unusually narrow lot. Our vision was something along the lines of a contemporary/modern brownstone with a front loading garage that would help maximize the outdoor spaces and yard. We also wanted to maximize the relationship of the indoor/outdoor living areas. Finally, we wanted a relatively efficient from a space and size perspective. Kelly and his team hit the ball out of the park on all fronts. They carefully listened to us at our meetings and their design made our ideas and "wants" come to life. They were always very responsive and punctual and gave realistic timelines, which is invaluable while going through such an endeavor. They also helped us choose builders who would be good for our project, helped coordinate some of the important design elements with the builders and were always responsive to any issues we had during the building process. The final result was exactly what we envisioned and more. We simply love our home, are very glad we chose Cusimano and would do so again.

My company and I have been working with Kelly Cusimano and his team for 7 years. I have been the builder on many of his projects from small remodels to multimillion-dollar homes and the amount of detail and thought that goes in to even the smallest detail is always consistent on every job no matter the size.
