As a residential architect, I've had the pleasure to work with Greg Frank of Custom Audio & Video for several years now on small to large projects. His knowledge of A/V and his ability to present it in an easy to understand manner is second to none. He can handle all types and style of projects and is extremely well versed with the Lutron family of devices. We have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with Custom Audio/Video, Inc on our project. As the installer on the project, we were thoroughly impressed by the depth of Greg's knowledge and proficiency with the installation and even areas well beyond those that affected the Motorized Artwork TV Frame for the project. There were a few speed bumps on our end as the manufacturer and Greg took it upon himself to do the right thing for the customer.
