Custom Craft Cabinets helped turn our old and outdated kitchen into something amazing. The design that was created by Jon and Rachel is just what we were looking for. We can only give you the most excellent recommendation for Custom Craft Cabinets, Inc.!! They are professional, knowledgeable, meticulous and very nice to deal with! After dealing with contractors who were not reliable and who did shoddy work., they were like a breath of fresh air! They take pride in their workmanship and are extremely reliable, something that is rare in this day and age. Jon Tompkins is the best. He coordinates all of the projects. He offered great suggestions and spent the time to answer any and all questions. His suggestions added so many nice touches to each remodel. Jon is very accommodating, respectful, polite, and very friendly. We have had a good relationship with them for many years. Whenever we need help with something, they are always there for us! Our first project with them a few years ago was a complete remodel of our kitchen. It was completely gutted with new cupboards, countertop, backsplash, and tile floors installed. The kitchen was completed with new fixtures, appliances where needed, walls painted; a new fresh look and completely updated. The kitchen is still beautiful! Since we had such a positive experience with the kitchen remodel, we decided to hire them once again for the remodel of one of our bathrooms and do some minor updates in our second bathroom. They did a full update in our main bathroom with a full gut and replacement of tub, tub surround, toilet, vanity, large mirror and fixtures. The closet in the bathroom was replaced with a full storage cabinet with shelves and drawers that added so much storage. The completion of paint along with all updates provided another fresh look!! Along with the quality of their work, their reliability, and all of their other qualities, you will have please of mind. When you hire Custom Craft Cabinets, Inc., you won't be disappointed.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we got from Custom Craft Cabinets! We completed a large kitchen remodel in December 2019. It is truly our dream kitchen! We worked with Jon and Rachel on the design and were extremely pleased with all the options that they came up with for our space. They really tried to incorporate our must-haves (large island!) and what would work best for our space. My husband is pretty handy and wanted to do a lot of the work himself as far as installing the cabinets. They were willing to work with us and very open to this and Jon even gave my husband a lot of pointers on making sure everything was done properly. He always went out of his way to answer all of our phone calls and questions. We did hire them for some of the work such as the crown molding and trim work. Geoff came to do that work and was extremely skilled, polite and professional. He always cleaned up after himself! We are extremely pleased with the end product and would recommend them to anyone! We plan to work with them again on future projects!

Our kitchen remodel was a bit different then some. My husband and I had some trade skills and experience, as well as family members who were skilled to help. We were by no means on the professional level, but we weren't newbies either. So, we wanted to do a lot of the work ourselves with help here and there where we needed it. A lot of companies would shy from this approach to a kitchen reno, but not Custom Crafts Cabinets! From the start, Rachel and Jon helped me with the very long design process. I had a very specific vision in my head and it was not easy finding all the pieces that brought it together. From the numerous cabinet samples, design changes, and visits to their shop (during a pandemic), Rachel and Jon never once made me feel as though I was being pain. Quite the opposite. They were just as determined to find my perfect cabinets and layout as I was. Once that was decided then the work began. Jon was always available for my many calls for advice and input. He even hand marked our cabinet install plans with notes, tips, and personalized instructions so we could install them ourselves. Then when we hit a snag with our farmhouse sink (little did we know conventional piping is usually too high for the deeper mount of the farmhouse sink), out they came to fix the problem. This level of personalized service and care is not something you encounter a lot this day and age. Custom Craft Cabinets definitely adheres to mantras of the past where they strive to make customers, not just happy, but feel important. They aren't just working on another job, they are working on your job, and your job is just as important to them as it is to you. I can't wait for our next adventure: a bathroom. With them by my side I know it will be glorious!

Highly recommend! Customer Craft was the first company I have worked with that actually sticks to their word. I have used many contractors in the past and have heard every excuse in the book of why they are late, can't make it today, etc. Custom Craft was a breath of fresh air! They designed a perfect fit for our space, cabinets came in exactly as we planned them, the install team came exactly when scheduled, never late, always cleaned up after themselves. From start to finish we had an excellent experience, very professional, and we will definitely be back when it's time for our next project.
