Nick and Custom Works provided us a quick estimate for the theater we were looking to complete and made it work in the space that we wanted to utilize. Simply amazing! I chose Custom Works to install my home theater after careful research and strong reviews. I am very particular and precise about what I am looking for during this type of project. When I called the first time I spoke to Nick, my project manager. This was followed by an in person visit with Nick and Robert the carpenter to discuss the project in detail. They listened very carefully to what I wanted and gave me a few wanted suggestions. Perfect. I presented them with pictures I acquired from the internet to show them what I like. Robert took this Information and hand drew all designs. After about 2 weeks, Robert submitted this information to me for final approval. Honestly, I was a little optimistic from all the details submitted. After Robert consulted with the 2 project managers, Nick and Mo, construction began. Robert showed up everyday on time at 8am and works to about 5pm. Very polite and professional. After 5 weeks it was time for painting. The painting was done by Martin. Martin did an excellent job! Afterwards it was component installation time. The Custom Works team visited together and brought this project together. This company is very particular and meticulous. Project complete and I am no longer optimistic! MY THEATER IS INCREDIBLE! Custom Works listened and delivered. I am very satisfied with the details and quality of my home theater. I have no reservation in recommending this team for installing a theater for anyone. Custom Works is truly outstanding!

Custom Works did an amazing job on our theater room. I really cannot say enough about how great they were to work with. They were able to help us take our rough/non-technical ideas about what we wanted and turn them into an amazing/high-end theater room. They were always flexible to accommodate our schedules and went above and beyond to make sure our room was ready for our Final Four party. I hired Custom Works approx 10 years ago when finished our basement and I wanted to include a home Theater and whole house audio. 10 years later and Nick and Mo from Custom Works are still my "go-to" guys when it comes to my family's A/V needs. They are collaborative, up on the latest tech and cost efficient. I have used them for approx a half dozen projects and they have ALWAYS delivered a first class A/V solution. I don't often give the highest recommendation for workmanship but I'll gladly do so now. When we built our house 4 years ago, we planned a room for our future home theater. But honestly, I never envisioned such a beautiful and sonically impressive result. Having never built anything of the sort, I relied heavily on the planning and advice of Custom Works to achieve the perfect outcome for us. From design and construction, to equipment selection and installation, they exceeded my expectations. We love movies but never thought we'd be able to reproduce the look and feel of the 'real thing' well enough to not feel the need to go to the movies. But they honestly acheived that goal. We still enjoy movies, but now we just don't have to go. Knowledge, attentiveness, quality and care. Doesn't get much better than that. Highly recommended.

We cannot recommend Custom Works enough. Nick and Mo are hands on and extrememly knowledgeable with their work. They installed a new sound system for our home and a new (wonderful) movie projector for our theater. Their customer service is exemplary. Quick in response to questions and very easy to work with. AND they came in at a fair price! We have worked with other companies in the past, but we will not be using anyone but Custom Works for any of our future needs.
