We got our hardwood flooring from Divine in their downtown Vancouver, BC showroom and they did an outstanding job with the install. Randall was the main representative and he came to our condo prior to renovation to personally oversee the project from beginning to end and you couldn't ask for a better representative of a company as he was a pleasure to deal with, having expert knowledge on all areas including the underlay, which was required by building management to be of the best soundproofing capabilities. Randall's expertise was really needed to help with formal dialogue with building management to ensure that the project was going to be done right. We really highly recommend Devine Flooring to anyone as their selection is outstanding, prices are very reasonable (we should know, we checked out everywhere else) and final product installation turned out perfect and is one of the main highlights of our apartment with many compliments from guests! Chris and Claudia were wonderful to work with in the showroom and over email regarding customer service. Jim and Jeff did our install and were top notch professionals with timeliness, cleanliness, courteous and install. Devine replaced 90% of the flooring in our house and we will be using them again in the future. We have worked with others in the past and received quotes from others. I have a family room which had horrible carpet for 17 years... Not only was the room a weird shape, the walls were also out of line. Jim and Mark put down a luxury vinyl wood plank floor which made the room look like a million dollars... The people at Devine were helpful from the start, and they worked with my crazy schedule. The installation was done beautifully... Everyone at Devine Flooring is helpful, friendly and they know the flooring business. I highly recommend them.
