We recently completed a total kitchen renovation using cabinets designed and constructed by J Thomas Kitchens. We had our own contractor install them and the entire process from start to finish was pretty much perfection. During the design phase, Joe helped me find the unique cabinet finish I was looking for. He is great educating you on all of your options; he is an excellent and patient communicator. When I put in the final order, I knew exactly what I was getting…and that’s exactly what I got. No surprises, and the cabinets came in exactly when Joe said they would (in the midst of global supply chain issues!). The cabinets were actually ready before we we ready for them! Joe stored them in his shop but actually laid them out in his shop according to the kitchen plan so we could get an idea of how everything would look before installation. Joe told us he had also rejected a few pieces and ordered replacements. He showed us the rejected pieces and I could barely see what he was referring to. He is Meticulous. Joe was also available to our contractor to answer any questions. Joe stopped by multiple times during installation. I know he is super busy but somehow he could always stop by when we needed him to. Joe has a super quick response time, enabling the installation to keep moving forward without missing a beat. I also changed my mind last minute on a few things and Joe was able to order an extra piece for me and have it expedited. The end project is spectacular! During installation, our contractor noted the quality of the cabinets multiple times. When we told him what we paid for the cabinets, our contractor said, “well you picked the right guy!”. I can’t imagine there is anyone out there who could have provided a better experience from start to finish than Joe and J Thomas Kitchens. A class act and simply the best. Thanks Joe!

Joe and his crew were very professional and extremely knowledgeable! We renovated our basement and J.Thomas provided excellent quality cabinets that I know will last a long time. My family was extremely happy with the finished product and can’t thank Joe enough for the great work completed.

Choosing a kitchen designer / installer was the toughest part of our home renovation. Within my first conversation with Joe, I knew we had found our guy. His out of the box thinking on our kitchen layout changed our project from good to outstanding. His cabinets are great quality and his hard work really showed as he built and installed the cabinets to perfection.
