I found Joanne's contact after a Google search and some of the reviews on this site prompted me to call her. We first met her in the summer of 2015 .. she was professional, first wanted to understand what we wanted to achieve with regards to our backyard project and then gave her suggestions and drew out a plan that both me and my wife loved. We asked her to recommend contractors. Needless to say, she loves what she does and it is reflective in the way our entire project was handled. She worked with the contractor and was onsite when the plants went into the ground. We are extremely satisfied customers and have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

Commented: How do you clean your hardwood floors?Mine have a shine finish to them and I tried everything but all products left a residue, I actually use a steam mop. The hot steam and the micro fiber pad, do the trick very quickly!
