My husband and I dreamed of having a deck on the back of our house since we moved into our house 6 years ago. Aesthetic Design & Build made that dream come true! They took the design my husband initially did, made some recommended adjustments, and had a fabulous team come out and make it a reality! We love our deck and the new covered patio that it created below. The process was fantastic and fast! And more importantly, when we needed something or had questions, both the Project Managers, our sales person, and the crew all responded quickly and they were happy to answer any questions we had! They are a fantastic company!

We visited many contractors to tear down and replace an aging deck. Dan and his team were very professional and explained what sets them apart from everyone else in great detail at their showroom. Their attention to detail, and all the little extras they provide in the build portion of the project are worth getting a proposal from this team when looking at contractors. When we compared different companies, they stood out by a mile. They provided fantastic digital designs of the deck up front so we could visualize what it would really look like. Dan and team do amazing work! Dan is a creative and meticulous designer who recommends the best products based on your budget. If you are looking for a more modern look, Aesthetic offers a great drink rail with modern balusters, does amazing curved decks and spiral staircases. The spiral staircase adds to the expense but is well worth it. Other deck companies struggled when it came to stairs because we wanted more open sight-lines. Aesthetic's price is in line with other deck builders I checked with but value far exceeds the others. Aesthetic's build team is top notch as well. You can tell quality is very important to them with 12 inch on center construction, blocker boards, under deck fasteners, pre-drilled, color matching screws, and using regular deck boards to wrap the deck instead of thin fascia board that warp. Since we wanted a deck and patio, it was great to talk to Dan first who recommended Bright-Mann construction. Their partnership ensured flawless execution in a tight window over winter. We used Aesthetic Design & Build to take down our old cedar deck and design and build a new maintenance free deck. Our new deck is outstanding! The whole project went so smooth, no problems at all. This company is so professional and easy to work with. I especially like that they do a computer 3D drawing of the new deck we could see before they started the project. We would recommend them to everyone we know.

There is no doubt that Aesthetic Design & Build is the leader of quality and superb structures. In our case, we had a 1,0000-sq. ft. deck that was rotting away after 35+ years. Aesthetic Design & Build worked with us reduce costs and maintain quality and creativity in the design. The quality surfaced with their very first steps. They brought in superb lumber (kiln Dried) and built the deck with compact separation of the Girder beams. However, the best feature is a gently sweeping curve to the front to the deck. A nice metal Timbertech railing was enhanced with lights and even a timer to control when the light came on or went off. They built a wide staircase on both sides of the deck and added lights to those steps, as well. The composite decking material is a fabulous, beautiful and low maintenance material. The team worked with amazing coordination and competence every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with Aesthetic Design & Build. Tore out old cedar deck Built new all-weather deck with roof and gutters, including waterfall feature and bar seating Installed outdoor kitchen cabinets Comments: I will say this up front: I am very very picky and demanding. Dan figured this out early on, and he was VERY easy to work with. He was receptive to my ideas for the backyard design, and is very creative. He kept making revisions and changes until the design was perfect. He has a computer program that allows you to see what the design will look like in 3-D, and is helpful for those of us who can't visualize it on a flat piece of paper. His work crew was polite, clean, and masters of their craft. I had some specific special requests for outlets, gutter covers, TV and speaker mounts. They were receptive and did everything I requested. The attention to detail was better than I have ever experienced before, from making sure the handles were even on the cabinets to deep cleaning the deck after the work was complete. He took care of all the permits and subdivision requirements. He also coordinated all the different services including electricians, granite installation, gutter installation, landscape and patio (Baxter Gardens), and his team. Dan also volunteered to help winterize the waterfall for me. He always answers his phone or emails, and is responsive to any needs that arise. I could not ask for a more professional company to work with, and I would recommend Aesthetic design without reservation. They also guarantee their work for SEVEN years. If you get a quote from him, and it happens to be a bit more than the other quotes... don't hesitate to give him your business. It is worth every penny.

We had a great experience with Aesthetic! Dan's team created a beautiful pavilion which tied into our house where we didn't think it was possible. It looks great and we are really enjoying it. The entire process went smoothly and we were kept up to date on all aspects. We highly recommend!

Let me just summarize our experience by saying AMAZING and ATTENTION TO DETAIL. When we first started our hunt for the right company to build/design something for us, Dan was the last person we talked to and the FIRST person to respond with a quote AND a personalized design. We told him that we wanted a deck with an open feel and a fire pit area as well. Even though he doesn't do concrete, he designed us an amazing entertainment area with an open-feel deck that entered onto a stamped concrete patio with a circular fire pit area. We were sold. And the best part about the design is that they created an amazing visual of the design for us to view on a wide screen TV. The image even looked like our house! Dan was open to us making a few suggestions to slightly tweak the design. He had such attention to detail when he was writing up the design, I knew we were in good hands. Dan was amazing to work with, extremely easy to get a hold of, and the professionals that came over to do the job were excellent as well. We highly recommend this company! Couldn't be happier!
