Sure Point exteriors is the model of quality craftsmanship and professionalism. They obviously valued quality over getting the job completed in a certain time frame. They never seemed rushed. We hired them to remove our 50 year old board and batten siding, soffits and facia board. They installed new wall insulation, plywood, house wrap and James Hardie lap siding, soffits and facia board. They had excellent communication during the bidding process were patient with me throughout all of my questions about the expectations for the product and work as well as during the installation process. When contacted the team, I received a response in less than 24 hours and sometimes I received the response in person. They even fixed a problem with the roof that had never been resolved by a roofing company to ensure I didn't continue to have issues with water run off ruining my soffits. Every day they left the job site cleaner than it was when they started the job. My family and I always felt comfortable with everyone that was on site and they ensured there was as little disruption to our daily lives as possible. When there were delays in getting the windows, that I ordered separately, they were understanding and prompt in getting back out to my house to get the last piece of the job completed. We wish we could hire them to work on all of our contractor needs. I would recommend them over and over!

Dalton and his crew did a fantastic job re-siding our home! The guys arrived promptly every morning and worked very long days in extreme heat. They always were professional, patient with our questions, super nice, and also cleaned up at the end of each work day. They were very detailed and everything truly looks perfect. Yes, it was quite an investment in our house, but we think it was worth every penny. We HIGHLY recommend Sure Point!

Dalton and his crew at Sure Point Exteriors did an amazing job transforming my house with new siding, windows, patio door, and gutters. The house looks amazing, everything went smoothly, work was done to perfection, and my final cost matched my estimate exactly. From the very beginning, Dalton took the time to walk me through my options, give me many pricing choices, answer all of my questions, and made sure we were on the same page regarding my project. I looked at several other companies for this job, but kept coming back to Dalton; and I am glad I did. I could not have imagined how well this was going to turn out. The house looks even better than I imagined and Dalton followed through on everything he said he was going to do. His crew showed up first thing in the morning the day the project was scheduled to start and worked long days until the project was complete. Dalton was always aware of how the project was progressing and checked in with me frequently to make sure things were going to my satisfaction and answer any questions I had. His communication and follow-up was excellent. Carlos and Gustavo were very professional and very skilled workers. They took great care with my project, paying attention to every detail large or small, took the time to fix an issue the right way when they came across something such as wood rot, communicated what the plan for the day was, and treated my house like it was their own. This project was a huge investment, but it was well worth it. My house looks amazing and it reduced a lot of the stress typically associated with this type of project knowing that Dalton and his crew were highly competent and conscientious and took much pride in their work. I can't thank them enough for how nice my house looks now.

We did the leg work....I got multiple bids and took the time to call references. By far, Dalton's references were the best. He got glowing reviews and I echo the sentiments of each of them. The professionalism, the quality....you will not be disappointed. And to top it off, Dalton's bid was the LOWEST bid. Say what?!? I made mid project changes and Dalton was extremely patient...he just wanted to make sure I was happy with the end product. We are thrilled with our results and our neighbors are equally impressed! Do not hesitate to hire Dalton...you will not be disappointed!

We had a great experience with Dalton and his crew. They're professional and flexible and accommodated our special requests. For example, I asked if they were recycling their wood pallets and Dalton followed up and made sure that was done! They followed up quickly whenever we asked for changes. We changed our mind about a paint color and he was able to have it redone right away. His crew did extra things like putting up our new house numbers and cleaning up the front porch. Dalton was available and responsive. He was at our home each day and replied quickly when we had questions. We feel that this is the best experience we've had with a contractor working on our historic home!

I was extremely please with the siding job done by Sure Point Exteriors. The owner Dalton Silva answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with what would be done. Also he advised me to get another estimate for the asbestos removal that had to be done before he could do the job when he heard how high the quote was for the asbestos removal. When I took his advice, I found another firm that was much more reasonable. He saved me a lot of money. His work crew was great. They arrived early and stayed late to get the job done. How often does that happen? When I wanted something done that wasn't originally requested, they were able to do it. I would not hesitate to hire Sure Point Exteriors again if I needed something done.

I had a great experience working with this company. They did an outstanding job at a great price. I had my entire house resided with Hardie concrete siding. It looks wonderful. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area if you are looking to have your siding done.

Dalton and his team were efficient, courteous, and completed the job within one week. Dalton gladly came back to address small concerns we had but in the end, we fell in love with our home again. He was honest about the cost, scope of the work and was very helpful when it came to picking out a color that would last a lifetime.

Excellent and professional. They got the siding and windows done well and done quickly. In under three days, everything was complete, which is amazing to me. The crew was responsive and Dalton made accommodations throughout The entire process. We started in May and had to reschedule and it was easy to do. When they arrived on Monday, his crew got right to work in every part of the house. By the beginning of the second day, I could almost see the completed product. Then guttering went in and they were done. What an awesome job and great crew. Couldn't thank Dalton and his crew enough! Highly recommended!
