We hired Gnome to renovate our kitchen and prepare the plumbing to be connected to above our garage. We could not be happier with the results. Dana and team were so communicative, so thoughtful and so collaborative in the way they worked with us, especially given that we were remote, and not able to be on property for most of the work. Not only did the workmanship exceed our expectations, but Dana was able to offer some creative options that we hadn't thought of and that ultimately made the space even more beautiful than we had hoped. I highly recommend working with Gnome for your construction/GC needs.

Dana and his team renovated a 100+ year-old farmhouse that has been in my family for 6 generations. We chose Dana because he is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and about the logistics of old home renovations (things like getting the right permits, how much time things will take, what potential complications could arise, etc.). We also appreciated his responsiveness, humor, and approachability. He really understood the importance of the home to us and was able to preserve features that had sentimental value or that made the house unique while greatly improving efficiency, air flow, etc. and ensuring that the house is structurally sound and up to code. Dana did a great job scoping the project and predicting costs. The overall project turned out to be much bigger than we'd originally thought because as we worked with Dana and saw what was possible, we wanted him to do more and more! We're really thrilled with the final work - very high quality and fantastic attention to functionality and aesthetic detail. We'd work with Dana again in a heartbeat.

We couldn’t be happier with our new wraparound porch! It’s exactly what we had hoped for when first discussing with Dana at Gnome Construction. He kept us constantly updated with progress throughout the build, and was always very clear about timings and costings which was much appreciated. Team Jason and Zack did a truly fantastic and expert job with the construction – plus were nice to be around! - and have very successfully updated the house by some 150 years! Thank you very much to all at Gnome for building this new and much-valued part of our home. Our overall score: ten (or eleven) out of ten! – with thanks.
