Dan and crew were very clean, containing the mess better then any other company I have worked with. End detail works faultless, whole project from design through completion went above expectations. Love the finished product.

Dureiko Construction provided us with an excellent kitchen remodeling experience. We did not have one moment of worry or concern. Every detail was handled in a very professional and thorough manner. The project was finished one week and one day early!

We had Dureiko construction remodel our bathroom and kitchen and we're thrilled with everything about the remodel! They were on time, courteous, professional at all times,and did quality work, taking extreme care to make sure that every aspect of the projects were completed to the highest standard! They were a joy to work with and have stood behind everything they did. I would very highly recommend this contractor to anyone thinking of doing a remodel.

We bought our home knowing we would have to completely redo the master bath and closets. Dureiko Construction was on a shortlist of local build/design firms I found on Houzz. They were the first company I called and ended up being the last one I called. We met with Dan and liked him immediately. He’s professional and incredibly organized. He and his team completely gutted the master bath/closet suite, which included a hallway with two tiny, dark and crowded his/her bathrooms and three small closets. I shared my Houzz Ideabook with Dan, and he came back with a beautiful design that completely opened up the space and let in so much more natural light. The design included vaulting the ceiling in the bathroom to let in more light from existing skylights. This added to the cost of the project, but it makes a HUGE difference. I’m so glad he suggested it, and that we splurged to have it done. At the start he provided a detailed calendar of the job’s progress. They kept to the schedule and completed everything on time. His entire team was professional, courteous, and respectful. They left the work area clean each night, and did a great job of keeping the dust in the rest of the house to a minimum. I highly recommend Dureiko Construction, and look forward to the day when I can call Dan to update my kitchen. I posted the before pictures here. Total redo of Kitchen. Professional, came in on budget, finished on time, extremely clean, great attention to details, helped with picking out counters and getting good price. Hired again to redo Master bath. Again totally redone.all of the above again plus got us nicer marble when he felt what came in from our order was not what we wanted and got without any additional cost. improved cabinets we ordered by modifying trimming on cabinets. On top of project at all times. Hires quality workmen. Comes back to inspect project a few months later to make sure no problems Would give him first bid on any project. No complaints

We hired Dan Dureiko to remodel our kitchen. He and his team were very easy to work with, listened to our needs and ideas, and created a new kitchen that we love. He provided us with a very specific timeline of the job, and stuck to it. I would highly recommend his company for a remodeling project.

Dan and his team completely remodeled our kitchen, including opening up a window into our dining room. He is very organized. If he has on the calendar that A will happen today, you can be certain A will happen today. Dan arranged included a decent amount of time with his decorator, Robin, who was very helpful, efficient, and understanding. His staff was very respectful and understanding of how difficult it was for us to be camping out in the dining room day after day. They moved our fridge, microwave, etc. into the dining room, covered the hardwood floors with rubber, and arranged shelving for food/supplies. Basically they made it as painless as possible for us. The noise was minimal. At the end of each day they left their work area spotless. They finished a week early, early December 2012. The kitchen is beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased. We are really picky, but Dan was always one step ahead of us. He is very focused & meticulous. Not a man of many words but a pleasure to have around. His extreme level of organization and comfort made the whole process much less stressful than we ever imagined.

Dan Dureiko - where to begin? We liked him immediately. He was straightforward and to the point, anal-retentive, precise and detailed, he seemed too good to be true. And he delivered with unfailing accuracy, timing and quality. This has been the most amazing contractor experience we've ever had. I unreservedly recommend him to anyone for anything. I could not have been more impressed. His workers were excellent, courteous, clean and organized. He oversaw every detail. He refinished cabinets from 1920's, seamlessly patched the floors, rebuilt an original refrigerator from the 1920's to match the new cabinetry and the old ones. The result was astounding. We want him to redo the remainder of the house.

Dan Dureiko and Dureiko construction did a "light" remodel of a guest bathroom and two bedrooms. The project was extremely well done. Very professional. Dan pays particular attention to small details such as crown molding, adding insets into the bath/shower area for holding products, finding a solution for the shower curtain rod (he used a hotel-style bowed rod but had to make some accommodations to make it fit/work). All of the team that he uses do high quality work and are very committed to being on time with the project and living into commitments. This is our fourth remodel project with Dureiko Construction!

We did a full renovation of a small "jack and jill" bathroom and the 2 attached bedrooms that shared the bathroom. We have a 1923 home and Dan Dureiko needed to get creative on coming up with cost effective solutions to issues from the original house design. Dan was awesome(as always!). No surprises came up throughout the process and the project was completed on-time and without any cost overruns. This was our 4th major renovation project with Dureiko Construction and they continued to do a phenomenal job(our previous 3 jobs were major kitchen renovation, major master suite renovation and major guest suite renovation). I highly recommend Dan Dureiko for any and all design and build renovation/remodeling jobs.

After Dureiko Constr.did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen, we hired him again to remodel two bathrooms. Dan has a wonderful interior designer to help with the planning process, and works well at projecting costs and scheduling. He pays attention to every detail, demands quality work from all subcontractors, and completes his projects on time and on budget.

Dan was a consummate professional throughout our 3 month construction project - a total overhaul of our basement. He was on time and on budget (except for a few unexpected bumps in the project). From the onset, he communicated in a timely fashion on where the project was at, and issues that would arise along the way. The finished project was better than expected! We consistently receive compliments on the space and its a wonderful addition to our home. A few little issues arose after completion of the project, and those were attended to in a timely fashion, even a year after completion. We are very pleased with Dureiko Construction and our new basement as well.
