Recently, i retained Dang Good Carpet Cleaning to clean the 26-year-old carpets in my house. From the first conversation on the telephone, Mark was affable, amicable, knowledgeable and competent, asking relevant and pertinent questions about the job, and explaining in detail the process and the price. The day prior to the schedule appointment, i received a text message from Marc, the carpet cleaning technician, confirming the appointment and arrival time. Marc kept in communication with me on the day of the scheduled appointment, even when running a little late, due to traffic. Marc is kind, courteous, diligent, punctilious and efficient. He, in short order, skillfully and meticulously refreshed and revived the 26 year-old carpets. It was a delight to meet him — I am very pleased with the results, and in my interaction and experience with Dang Good Carpet Cleaning. /|\

Oh my gosh!! From the friendly over the phone service, Brian was quick to accommodate us…with short notice. We had our family home carpets cleaned and couch and chair. Marc was the technician to arrive… He was very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. He walked us through step-by-step as to what was going to take place, and there is no hidden costs or being blindsided by anything. He was very efficient and took great respect protecting the corners of our house from the hoses, to laying blankets down to walk on. The price was very reasonable and the service was very quick, thorough and beyond impressive! These cream coloured carpets had traffic paths in them. They were very dark, pretty much black and the stairs were as well. Mark brought these 20-year-old carpets back to life looking almost brand new!! We were absolutely thrilled , we would highly recommend this outfit to everybody and anybody and will definitely have them return. Thank you so much Marc for the dang impressive job!
