Working with Daniel Harper and his team was an awesome experience! Going through a remodeling is never easy and Daniel made the process so much easier. You will not be disappointed ! Everyone from start to finish were there for us and did a wonderful job. Thanks to all of you at Re-New Properties.

Renew Properties just finished 1500 sq ft of our basement for us. From the very first meeting, I knew we had selected the right company! Everything from the building process, selection timelines and financials were presented in a Renew binder, which helped make the process seamless and eliminate the guesswork! I didn't know that a project of this size could run so smoothly! Our lead builder, Matt Gross, runs such an organized, efficient project! We were blow away by this crews timeliness, quality of work and respect for our home and family. Renew is the only company that I would hire for future projects. Daniel, Lyndsey, Nicole, Matt and Ty are genuine, honest, salt of the earth kind of people. It was such a pleasure working and getting to know everyone! Our basement is amazing!!

Renew Properties did an entire first floor remodel (open floor plan, kitchen, half bath, mudroom, etc) and we had an amazing experience. At the initial meetings, they listened to my ideas, provided several layouts solutions, were open to changes and provided a very detailed write up of the work and costs. The before and after picture speak for themselves but it was the professionalism and integrity of the project manager, owner and staff that outweighs other companies. All the different crews were very courteous and accommodating as we attempted to live through the mess. They answered questions and solved problems quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone considering a remodel and plan to use them again for our basement remodel.

My husband and I hired Renew Properties to build our new home. Daniel and his team were great from the beginning to the end. They were honest, hardworking, talented and a delight to work with. And we LOVE our beautiful new home!
