I recently had Red Line Construction renovate two bathrooms in my home and am very happy with they turned out. Fred is very professional and courteous. He answered and addressed any questions/concerns throughout the whole process. He provided real time updates and worked with me as each phase of the projects were being performed. Fred Dapp is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He sealed my exterior basement stairs that were suffering from water damage. He performed the work on time and in budget. We hired Red line construction to turn our unfinished basement into three rooms; a downstairs playroom, gym, and storage area; plus build a mudroom to connect our garage and kitchen. This was a huge project that they handled with great care from the initial design to the finishing touches. They managed every aspect of the project professionally, communicated wonderfully, and stuck to the schedule throughout. It was very evident that they have great experieince with projects of this scale and we are thrilled with the outcome of all of the work. Freddie and Red line construction treat their work as if they are working on their own homes. They're very fair, enjoyable to work with, and beyond talented. Fred and his team have been my go-to contractors for over a decade. Having completed about a dozen jobs - big small and everywhere in between - I find Fred to be honest and trustworthy, reasonably priced and jobs are always completed to a very high level of workmanship and quality and in a timely fashion. Fred always says “I’ll make it go away“ and he has done just that with so many challenging repair and build projects both inside and outside my house and always with a friendly smile on his face. I wouldn’t hesitate for one second to hire Fred again, and I would highly recommend that you seriously consider it to.

They did a great job replacing the screens on my 3 season porch. It was a custom job and they communicated well, scoped out the project, did a mock up, and completed the job quickly. They even painted everything before installation. Overall they were great to work with and did a good job. Some recommendations for improvement though: - The custom design of the porch door was cool but it probably could use some design improvements. -- The design allowed seeds and debris to get stuck between the wood and screen. -- The rubber gasket started coming out and had to be reinserted fully. -- Some planning could have been made for the wood expansion and contraction. The painting could have been covered a bit better. It was good for the most part but some parts were missed.

Fred just finished remodeling both of our bathrooms and also added railings to our front stairs and did an excellent job. From the mimute I first met Fred I knew immediately that he was going to be great to work with. He has an easy going way about him and has an eye out for detail. He is extremely professional as are all of the people he contracts out. They stay on schedule, do excellent work and are ALWAYS extremely clean, leaving your home as clean as is was before the work. Two things he and his people do is they communicate well and are always punctual, qualities that are very rare with most people in the trades. Fred invests his all into every project and treats a job as though he was working on his own home. When one thing wasn't quite right he said, "I wouldn't want that in my house", which shows the amount of care and pride he has and had the changes made quickly. For all these reasons I would highly recommend Fred Dapp and Redline Construction for any project big or small. I will definitely be using him again in the near future!!

Fred has done many projects at our home and the most recent is our bathroom remodel. We wanted to update our vintage home’s bathroom from a tub to a stand up shower. It was important to maintain a classic look while incorporating newer technology. Fred took care of it perfectly. Keeping the classic tile on the walls, and matching it, including adding ceramic shelves with a vintage look. The floor tile is amazing, as it has a bit of tooth when wet to keep us from slipping. He also picked a saddle for the shower step off to the floor that is similar to the marble saddle of the bathroom door. Fred is amazing and we are always so happy with his work!

We had Fred come out to our home for a estimate on a new bath in our cellar ( raised ranch). Since he had too hookup to our existing electrical panel box he noticed a dangerous situation with the panel box. He had a electrician install a safe panel box with a upgrade. Fred and his crew are very neat workers that came on time and are respectful to us and our property. We would highly recommend Fred and his crew For all your construction needs. Fred is amazing! We cannot say enough positive things about the professional, efficient, and honest work that he does. He clearly knows what he is doing and gets the job done quickly and cleanly (leaves the place spotless ever day)! So far he has built us an awesome two-level deck, handled our chaotic gutters and downspouts to actually get water away from the house, repaired some masonry, and fixed a leak in our bathroom ceiling. We have a laundry list of things that need to be done on our house, and I am SO glad to have Fred to save the day for the foreseeable future. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Fred is professional, communicative and a true craftsman. His work is the best quality and we know his team will always be meticulous. My husband and I bought our first house, which needed a bit of TLC. We knew Fred would be our go-to Contractor because of the amazing work he's done on my mother-in-law's gut renovation. On our house, Fred and his team re-screened our porch, installed a new storm door and garage door, fixed the hot water in our shower, installed new locks and chimney caps, and installed a new ceiling fan. There are still a number of other things we would like to do, and we know that when we're ready, Redline will be the company we turn to.

I can't thank Fred enough for the work he did on my mother's house. We needed to add ramps in order to get mom outside after surgery. Fred was called in to consult by a mutual friend. He got the work done in ONE day. He was thoughtful, courteous, professional and an absolute angel during this tough time with mom. I would recommend him to anyone.
