Worked with Derick, Paul, and Aaron on a kitchen remodel and rework of sheetrock in great room area. Their design team was really helpful to make decisions and recommend options. Recommended changes and we have been really happy with the result. Appreciate their honesty and they stayed on budget. Took a bit longer than expected but that was due to sub-contractor scheduling conflicts.

We were looking for a contractor who was trustworthy, provided quality work with professional subcontractors and understood what our needs were. We lived 190 miles away and could not be on-site everyday, so we needed someone that we could trust to make sure our house was built correctly to code , with quality workmanship, comfort and met our needs. At the recommendation of a close friend who had worked with them before, my wife and I hired the Kochmann Brothers to design and build a custom house for us in a new development in Fargo. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but not a detailed plan. We also had some specific requests, like no entry steps, unique doorways, security system and so on. This is going to be our "forever home" so we wanted things done right, but didn't have the time or expertise to babysit a project of this magnitude. They made the whole experience as close to turn-key as you could want. Darrick did the house design, Sylvia the interior design and Bob oversaw the construction. Their attention to detail and quality was great, and the end product was amazing. We have now lived in the home for two years and have had essentially no problems. I highly recommend them.
