It’s been a pleasure to work with ERNA and Dave on my house remodeling project. I have a very large family and every time they visit, it would be painful for me to see that I cannot accommodate everyone. That’s when my wife and I decided we had to remodel. Dave was very prompt in his response when we reached out for some renovation work at our house. We had a list of things like painting, flooring, bathroom renovations, etc. to be taken care of. For the first visit, Dave came with a team of experts to evaluate the asks we had in the house. Dave and his team listened to all our asks and recommended options to fit our budget and what would work out for our overall plan. Dave even had store recommendations for the flooring and other fixtures for the home. The work started on time and his team was very attentive to details. If we had any changes or updates, it was easy to reach Dave over phone to get it sorted. Kristyn from his design team helped with many recommendations for the paint selections and the bathroom tiles. She shared many renderings for the bathroom renovation and it was easy for us to pick our choice. The overall project was delivered to our satisfaction and we will recommend Dave and his team for any home renovation/ remodeling.

We hired ERNA Properties to finish our basement. As a couple who was experiencing their first ever major home project and with no referrals with which to turn, we were predictably anxious about who we could trust with this work. We researched ERNA and though we may have thought that our project might actually be too small or minor for them, we met with Dave, the owner, on the same day that we made first contact with them, which we thought was unique. We had one company who said they couldn’t meet with us anytime soon because they were too busy and another one that sent more of a sales representative, which was fine. But to actually get an in-person visit from the owner was a very pleasant surprise for us. Let us echo what many other clients have stated, and that is a primary reason we went with ERNA was because of our initial conversations and interactions with Dave. He was always attentive, listened, and extremely patient with our many questions and concerns, and also direct and candid when necessary. Just like so many others as well, we could not be happier with the finished product. In a couple of ways, the work exceeded the expectations we had in our minds of how our finished basement would look and feel. Observing the various stages of the project as it went along, we are extremely confident that the quality of the products used as well as the work done was excellent. Timeline wise, the project was completed well within the expected and promised time frame. Like other clients, we had personal interactions with Diego as a project manager and Kristyn as a designer. Kristyn was fantastic to deal with, as she helped us even from the early stage of creating the layout and blueprints for our space. There were quite a deal of considerations and choices that we had not thought about before we were already well into the project, and she did a great job helping us to try and organize our options and make the best decisions we could. Though we only saw Diego just a couple of times, he always kept the project moving, juggling communications and organization with our town, sub-contractors, and us. One thing we were also very pleased about was that Diego always took the time to listen and address our concerns and problems, even at nights and on weekends. At various points in time, there were miscommunications and misunderstandings, which is perhaps to be expected in any big project. We had to assist the workers at a couple of points in the process so that we could meet inspection times that were scheduled. It was important to us that this project was more of a partnership than just a business transaction. So, we treated everyone as such and all of the people that we dealt directly with treated us in kind; and we are incredibly thankful for that. Our house never felt truly complete; but thanks to ERNA, it now does and we would certainly recommend others to contact them for their home projects as well.

We hired ERNA Properties for a basement remodel project. We got quotes from a few contractors for the project and decided to award the project to ERNA even though their prices were higher than the other contractors. The reason was that the owner Dave seemed to be a honest, competent, and caring person. We actually needed to stretch our budget to go with ERNA on this project. ERNA did deliver an amazing transformation of the basement. The quality of work is top-notch. All the material they used is also of great quality. All workers were professional, very caring and respectful of our house. The workers always cleaned up after the work. The designer Kristyn had good aesthetic sense and offered great design options to choose from. Her 3D renderings were very helpful to visualize the end result and to make right choices. The project manager Diego did a great job in keeping the project running smoothly. He always kept us updated about the schedules and was very responsive to our calls and messages. He also addressed all our concerns. The only area we were not completely satisfied was their contracting process. Unlike other contractors we obtained quotes from, ERNA did not include a floor plan as part of the contract. As promised, they did deliver a floor plan later on before starting the construction work. However, we noticed that a few items which were requested initially such as repositioning and rebuilding of a wall were missing in the floor plan and such discrepancies were not clear from the contract without the floor plan. This caused some confusion and we eventually needed to pay additional money in order to have them included in the scope of the project. This in our view reduced the value we got from the work to some extent especially because of the fact that we had to stretch our original budget to go with ERNA. Overall, ERNA did a great job with the project and we would consider them again for future projects.

Choosing a General Contractor for a major renovation is tricky business. Before undertaking our full kitchen and laundry renovation my wife and I met with four or five contractors and emailed dozens more. None were nearly as forthright, pleasant, respectful, and thoughtful as Dave and the team at Erna. Dave understood our trepidations and worked with us patiently while we finalized plans and through a change in the initial scope of the project. His pricing was justified and predictable. His Project Coordinators, Diego and Kristyn, were outstanding and facilitated completing a major job in about 3 months while my family of five was living in the house. When he had major questions or minor concerns they were taken seriously and addressed professionally. We also found that Erna works with a team of craftsmen-contractors who are professional, reliable, flexible, and friendly. It is uncommon to deal with great contractors in Mercer County in 2024, we feel like we hit a jackpot by choosing Erna and we’ve already been recommending them to our neighbors and we are looking forward to hiring them again in the future.

Erna Properties recently finished a complete renovation of our home. What started life as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch @ 1300 square feet, Dave and Team built us our forever home addition where we added 1400 square feet including a second floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a workout room. We redid the kitchen as well as also added a 20x25 family room off the kitchen providing a wonderful open concept. We are 100% satisfied with Erna Properties! Spearheading the lineup of professionals is Dave Seidenberg, owner of Erna Properties. During our first meeting with Dave, I got the sense that he was passionate about home remodeling, and he actually loves what he does for a living. His calm demeanor impressed my wife so much that she said, “That’s the company I want working on our house”! Dave made us feel like a part of his family. The whole experience from our concept drawing to the final nail being driven was nothing less than outstanding AND WORRY FREE! From the original design by Dave’s Team, to the selection of the counters, cabinets, backsplash, lighting and flooring with Mary and Kristyn, and the construction spearheaded by project manager Diego, all went smoothly. Alberto was flawless with the demolition and framing! The subcontractors employed for cabinets, tiling, electrical, and plumbing were true craftsmen. They were so professional and easy to work with during the project. They all seemed to look at my house as their own and were very neat. They cleaned up every day before leaving. Erna Properties renovated the entire exterior of my house as well. Diego was a spectacular project manager, always keeping us updated on scheduling, and stopping by regularly to oversee the progress. We can recommend Erna Properties 100% and will surely use them again for any future home improvements. When I saw something that didn't look right Diego was very responsive. Diego does not gloss things over, if something goes wrong, he does anything he can to get it fixed. If you hire Erna (and I’m telling you that you should), ask if Diego can be your project manager…you won’t regret it. Kristyn and Mary were awesome to work with, helping us with bathroom and kitchen design and what colors work well together. Their keen eye for design aesthetics was on full display during the project and our home looks great as a result! The new bathrooms are to die for!! My wife especially appreciates the spa like ambiance. Mary made sure that our kitchen had all the functionality needed with an updated look as without being “faddish”. The designs are classic and will stand the test of time. I would recommend Erna Properties 10 out of 10 times! I recently embarked on a home improvement project, and unfortunately, I made a crucial mistake by choosing the wrong contractor. Let me share my experience to help others avoid the same pitfalls. Instead of following my instincts, I made the ill-advised decision of going with a lower-priced contractor, disregarding my gut feeling. I should have trusted my instincts and awarded the project to ERNA Properties. From the moment the project started, I realized I had made a grave error. The lack of professionalism and expertise from the chosen contractor was evident right from the beginning. It was disheartening to witness the quality of work that fell far below my expectations. Realizing my mistake, I decided to reach out to Dave Seidenberg, the owner of ERNA Properties, to express my deep regret. I acknowledged that I had allowed the price to overshadow crucial factors such as professionalism, expertise, and overall likability, which should have been the deciding factors. In my conversation with Dave, I expressed my sincere apologies for not recognizing the true value of ERNA Properties. I admitted that their slightly higher price was a small price for their exceptional service, and I deeply regretted not going with them in the first place. Dave graciously accepted my apology and offered valuable advice for future endeavors. He reminded me of the importance of considering the overall quality of work, the contractor's reputation, and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Price alone should never be the sole determining factor when it comes to home improvement projects. So, to all homeowners out there, learn from my mistake. Dave and his team are top notch. They built us a beautiful basement, on time and with remarkable quality. All teams involved - flooring, wood work, electrical, plumbing, stone and masonry, tiling, etc. were very professional, very skilled and hard working. I liked the fact that Dave's team was able to handle the project end-to-end, including material procurement, permits, design, architectural blue-prints, scheduling, coordinating inspections, build-out and even some custom wood-work and installations that we requested. Dave and team, accommodated multiple changes to the design, that we requested well into the project and were still able to finish the project on time. We recently (finally) started construction with ERNA Properties, though Dave and I started working together on my home renovation well over a year ago now. Due to COVID costs, challenges with architects, and trying to land somewhere between what I imagined and what I could afford, planning took a long time. Throughout it all, even before I signed a contract with ERNA, Dave showed up and remained present as I needed him to process and arrive at the biggest financial decision of my life. A year in, I can honestly say I don't know anyone quite like Dave. He is incredibly driven with decades of success to show for it, in one of the most competitive construction markets in the country. He is also one of the nicest, most genuine, most sincere people I have ever met. Dave doesn't make any sense, as I tell him, in the best way possible. He is by nature both an overachiever and a deep thinker. He is type-A in his execution and attention to detail and I swear he moonlights wading knee-deep in ancient philosophy and human psychology. He listens. He pays attention. He reads the situation(s) and the temperature(s) in a room, and responds accordingly. He makes the fast decisions required for his business to keep pace and holds other decisions long enough to examine them, with fairness and without ego. Most often, the success of a great builder yields a product that defines their work, a house that they are known for. Over the course of their career, they hone until it becomes the reason people seek them out. I was looking for a builder who has a great product but who is also able to reimagine what is possible, who hasn't traded in the creativity for the certainty. Dave has an exceptional product, but he is still interested and he's still damn interesting. He has taught me a lot already, and I think I've taught him a few things too. I told him I don't want a home that looks like everyone else's, I want a home that feels like it's mine. I really think that's the home we're building, together. More to come... when it's done.

Highly recommended! We had a great experience working with Erna properties. The owner, Dave is extremely responsive and is always available to answer our questions and listen to our concerns. We had a very complicated project consisting multiple things including adding a master bedroom with bath, renovating entire exterior, painting entire house and redoing the floors. The whole project was professionally done with hard working people that are knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. The interior designer, Kristyn guided us in the right directions to complete the entire look. Project managers, Alberto and Diego are very friendly and respectful. I am not sure I can put into words just how amazing Dave and his team have been during our reno at the Jersey Shore. Our project consists of raising our 1950s bungalow as well as adding a second story. I was very passionate about keeping the original structure rather then knocking down and we just couldn’t find the right fit with a contractor who would understand our passion for this home, that is until we met Dave. Dave is extremely easy to work with and his main goal is to make the customer happy. The quality of construction is second to none. The materials they use are the best available. Other contractors may give you a cheaper contract, but then use below par material. We are very happy with all the sub-contractors too. All very respectful, personable and do very clean work. Dave and his team transformed our home by updating specific items throughout. We didn’t have the time to tackle full blown renovations of our kitchen, bathroom and other living spaces. Instead, with Dave and his team, especially the designer Mary and Kristen, specific items were identified in each of these spaces to renovate. The end result was a home that felt more modern with a better flow and without the expense and time of doing full blown renovations. For example, our kitchen had relatively nice cabinets but outdated countertops, we worked with the design team to select new countertops, backsplash and fixtures to modernize and lighten the space. The most complicated project involve demolishing century old plaster walls to create a new hallway and entrance to our backyard while tying the look from floor to ceiling to the rest of the house. And they did this in record time, without cutting corners. We signed our contract to work with Dave 6 weeks before having a baby, and all was completed before baby arrived . A special shout out to the dedicated crew ( Pete and Frank ) who really delivered top notch service. They took such care to really maintain our home and preserve those areas that were not being renovated. They were always on time, always working and always left our home clean after the each work day. The entire team was personable and a breeze to communicate with. Every missed called was promptly returned. And most importantly our budget was always respected. Often time people think that in order to renew your home, full blown renovations are needed, and working with Dave and his team we were able to get an updated home with targeted renovations. We 100% recommend Dave and his team for this kind of work.

Excellent team! I had a very complicated project with a second floor expansion, making a new roof, revamping the master bathrooom etc. We also had several other items in the house- replacing kitchen floor, carpeting, expanding the deck etc. Dave and his team were superb at troubleshooting issues as they came up. They stuck to the budget we had set out. The manager, Diego, kept us informed of daily schedules and who will be coming and going every day. The interior decorator of the team, Krystyn, helped us pick out all the right accessories. She had a meeting with us to understand our goals and themes we wanted. Everyone in the team was very dependable and easy to get along with. The team was also very good about cleaning up and not leaving a mess. Had a professional cleaner come in at the end of the job. Someone was always present during inspections. The end product has turned out beautiful. It took about 4-5 months, which was actually shorter than what we projected. I hired Dave and his team after being completely screwed by my previous contractor. My wife and I were very skeptical of every contractor we interviewed after losing faith in builders. We went through some very disorganized companies and had almost given up hope. That’s until we met Dave. We knew from the second we met him that we trusted him. He was honest, professional, and a regular human. He had compassion and drive like nobody we had seen prior. He hit the ground running to turn our old cape into a 2300sq ft home. His paperwork and office team were second to none. Everything was laid out without missing a detail. You can tell that everyone on his team communicates with each other constantly. Everyone was on the same page always. On to Diego. Diego is our project manager and this guy is a pro. He’s smart, he follows through on plans and promises, and he keeps the project running smoothly. We were so lucky to also deal with Kristyn. She has a sharp eye for detail and helped us visualize the interior with pictures of our options. Very easy to work with. If you are looking for a professional builder that delivers quality work, and just “gets you”, look no further than Erna Properties. The first project that we did with them involved renovating a two family house that was set up as a mother daughter, and turning it into a completely separate two-family - suitable as separate rentals. Dave attended every meeting. He was punctual and professional. He understood our ideas, and clarified anything he wasn’t sure of. This was an involved project. Aside from all the interior/exterior cosmetic items, it called for finishing a bare basement, and rehabilitating the entire interior of both floors - including the installation of new kitchens, HVAC, laundry rooms, bathrooms, etc. Our tenants still get compliments from their guests at how nice their apartments are. The second project was after Tropical Storm Ida. Our basement flooded, and basically had to be rebuilt. When everyone was backed up for weeks on end, Dave and Erna came to the rescue. After all was said and done, you would never know there was a flood or damage. He also took meticulous steps to perform mold remediation and ensure that my tenants we safe and healthy. He is a true gentleman, and a part of our extended family. Make him part of yours!

ERNA was a pleasure to work with and the first floor of our home is COMPLETELY transformed. Everyone who worked on the project was very professional and ERNA was extremely responsive to our needs. THE E TEAM!!!! If you have a home remodel idea or problem and no one else can help the team at ERNA PROPERTIES are the ones to hire! I'm a fan of The A-Team and when I met DAVE SEIDENBERG and his team it was like the CONSTRUCTION CALVARY had arrived! I mean it! The whole team...electricians, plumbers, architect, engineers all came together for a meeting at my 1957 ranch house. I'd decided to make the family home I inherited my forever home. However, it needs some serious upgrading. My Dad was a carpenter by trade and renovated the whole house as we grew up. But, as time passes things have to be upgraded. I also need to make some ADA changes to the house because of past injuries. I shopped around for 2 years for an architect to just design a home with my needs in mind. I found a great architect and then I started looking for builders. I was in no rush, but when I was ready to go I wanted to feel confident in my choice. I'd spoken to about 4 or 5 contractors, builders and companies. Then while on HOUZZ looking for ideas I saw the work that ERNA PROPERTIES had done. The one that stood out to me was a house on a hill with a steep driveway. THAT WAS IT! My 1957 ranch is on top of a hill and has a full basement. As the final draft was being done DAVE SEIDENBERG and his team were absolutely ON POINT collaborating and communicating with my architect. Kystyn, the designer, is so professional and easy to work with. She gets my Star Trek/Downton Abbey style. As of September 2021 I wish I could say my project is done and I'm moving in. Covid got in the way. Lumber prices soared. And, then the plans were denied by the town!!!! Did DAVE lose interest and say "See Ya"? NO! From suggesting next steps to helping refer qualified professionals to deal with the legalities of seeking a variance, DAVE has been there every step of the way. I still can't believe how supportive and helpful he and his team have been through all of this. EXAMPLE: My central AC unit went down in June. Freon is no longer available. I needed a whole new system. But, it didn't make sense if I was going to remodel the house. I figured I could just continue packing and make it through until construction began. The denial delayed everything and it was HOT! Dave actually called on one of those hot days and said order a window unit and his guy, Fabio, would be there the next day to install it. Fabio was there at exactly 9 am. He took measurements, picked up the window units (I ordered 2) and installed them in no time. It was the best thing to do because going into the Fall we have to deal with the variance. So, I do not have have before/after pics of my home...YET. But, hang on...I've got DAVE SIEDENBERG and THE E-TEAM backing me up for the variance application! STAY TUNED! I found out about ERNA Properties through a friend and Dave contacted me immediately. After hearing my horror story about my previous contractor, Dave came to the rescue and helped me complete my renovations. Not only was it done quickly but the work is fantastic!!

Dave and his team transformed my dark, cold basement into a warm inviting place for my family to enjoy! They added a bathroom, bedroom/study with walk in closet, living room and dining area. Dave was able to stay close to budget. When unexpected challenges occurred; Dave was able to find cost effective solutions to overcome those challenges. I was so pleased with the work they did in my basement that I asked them to updated my upstairs rooms as well. When i decided to take on a major renovation that included removing walls, moving a bathroom, a full kitchen renovation and bringing my whole townhouse up to date, I knew I needed a great contractor and Dave and his team at Erna Properties exceeded all my expectations. Dave impressed me right from the start by returning a message I left on a Sunday that same day, As others have said, I liked him and trusted him from the very beginning. He met with us several times to make sure he captured what we wanted within our budget before we even signed a contract. He and his whole team are very responsive to questions, concerns and helping you through any issues that arise. We hired ERNA following an awful experience with a different contractor. Dave and his team came in and essentially had to start from scratch starting at the design phase of our second floor addition and was able to move into execution quickly and efficiently due to their high level of knowledge in the industry and ability to effectively manage time and processes. Once construction physically stated, the crew came in and showed a work ethic and degree of professionalism which are far above their peers in the industry. My wife and I could not be happier with the work, communication, and attention to detail that they put into the job. We would highly recommend them for any new home builds or addition/improvement work.

Home renovation is beyond brick and motor, this is where you are making a statement of your taste within a budget-balancing cost and quality decisions. We had been between the decision of either moving or extending the current home to accommodate the growing family for 2 years. In this time we met several contractors and decided on Dave/ERNA Properties for our construction project. The project included adding a second level to our home and a complete interior remodel. Dave's company provides an assurance to build quality at a competitive cost. Team ERNA is patient to cater to all your needs with proper planning. We had several sessions with the team's architect to get everything right to optimize balanced living space. Post planing Dave and the team took care of all permits from zoning to building (this can be nightmare if you do it yourself). During construction, it’s important to get your contractor's time as needed even multiple times a day to make the right decision and save time. Dave always makes sure that he addresses our concerns, and questions that day or the next day. Dave/ERNA Properties and their architecture team bring in the style that you have been thinking about but not been able to put on paper. They really engage in an open discussion and try to accommodate the smallest of details. ERNA's construction cost was higher, however, the added value of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail is well worth the cost difference. My family and I continue a friendship with Dave and recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Dave and his team are the friendliest team in the business! I interviewed many contractors, and from day 1, Dave felt like the friend you've always known your whole life. He's very honest about the budget expectation for the work you want done, and is very transparent with how the project will be run. His team has a clear passion for the work they do. I also had a personal time constraint and was eager to get the renovation done quickly but efficiently, and the ERNA team worked around the clock to get the job done, even during these difficult COVID times. Admittedly, there were a few issues that came up during the project. But it speaks volumes when a company like ERNA gets the entire team to work together and help correct the problems. I felt free enough to speak my mind about certain topics and felt heard by the team. I would suggest that future clients be very clear about what they want, and keep your communication records. Dave and his team were great with helping me renovate a property I had in the middle of nowhere New Jersey. They were always on time and professional in getting things done. They were even great with working through some permit issues, which can always be frustrating, but his team made it easy. I would highly recommend ERNA again and will be using them myself again.

Basement remodel was the job. The result was spectacular. Our basement was completely bare, and the ask was to make it a livable space that was open, but had distinct areas, to make it a place where our family could gather and have fun, go relax, and most importantly, enjoy the space. Dave and his team delivered on all points. The whole experience was nothing short of pleasant, and stress free. Dave and his team were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and most of all a delight to work with. The team was punctual, and VERY clean in terms of work. They left the area spotlessly clean every day. From start to finish, any questions or concerns that I had were promptly and satisfactorily answered. All in all, if you want ridiculously fast and cheap then Erna and Dave is not for you. However, if you want a VERY reasonable price for top quality workmanship then Dave and Erna is absolutely for you. Dave is a genuine, trustworthy, and knowledgeable person and his company is top notch in my book.

Dave and his team helped me finish our basement into a kids playroom and storage space. From the initial conversation to completion of the project, they were extremely responsive and helpful with changes/questions. The price was fair and the work was phenomenal. Dave and his team did a phenomenal job on our addition. We added a Master Bedroom, Master Bath and expanded the original Master. Dave worked with our budget and made it happen. We knew we wanted to work with him the moment we met him. We couldn’t be happier from start to finish! We had constant communication with Dave and his foreman Doug. They both kept us up to date with every stage of the construction, their knowledge and expertise and quality of work were on point. I hired Erna Properties to build an addition to my second floor over the garage which included a new bedroom, bathroom and closet. I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. It started with Dave Seidenberg, the owner. I met with him and hired him on the spot. I had not met with any other contractors. For a project of this magnitude, I probably should have, but I went with my gut instinct. I was not wrong. It was the best decision I made. You just have to meet with him to know. He asked the right questions. He made made me think about aspects of the job I hadn't thought about. He met with me multiple times before even asking me to sign a contact or give a deposit. There was something very special about him and I just knew this job would be done right. I was not disappointed. The next step was meeting his team. Diego was my project manager. He ran this project like a well oil machine. He was extremely organized and had an immense attention to detail. Every night, he reviewed with me what was going to happen next and walked me through every step of this project. He was also always in close contact with Dave and consulted with me as a team. Diego didn't miss a detail. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and only wanted to make sure I was happy. That was his ultimate goal every day. The other addition to this team was Kristyn. She is the designer. With one meeting, Kristyn new exactly what I wanted and gave me a vision of how my master suite would look. She did all the leg work in looking for tile, furniture, lighting, accessories. She also missed nothing. She was also so sweet and I looked forward to seeing her because I just loved hanging out with her. Another aspect of this company were the teams that did the actual work. The framers, electricians, plumbers, tile installers, spacklers, and painters were all the nicest, personable people I have ever dealt with. I attribute all of this to Dave and his good leadership. Working hard and being nice trickles down. There is no doubt that I will be doing other work in my house and this is the only company I will call.

Dave and his crew have been great. We had a tight budget and an old house, but they did a wonderful job at turning our tiny Cape into a gorgeous three bedroom house. The crews are very professional and some of the hardest workers I have ever met. We loved working with Dave and the ERNA Properties team.

Satisfaction guaranteed for quality of materials, workmanship, timely updates, smart guidance wrt budget spending. Dave is a man of his word, attentive to detail, clear listener, thus transformed a 1968 house into a memorable forver experience. Strongly recommend for anyone looking for superior/quality renovation. The Vinyl fencing, the stone veneer, the master peice bath with steam shower, kitchen cabinetry, the double door main entrance, the vinyl flooring all speak for itself so far. Almost there..Can't wait to see the final product. Will be back with updates and photos soon..

We hired Erna properties to rebuild our original 1950's ranch style home, in Iselin NJ. Our project entailed demolishing our existing structure and raising an entirely new modern / contemporary home, with an addition of a second level and extension in the basement foundation. Dave Seidenberg is professional, punctual and experienced person with good working relations with our township. We're very pleased with Dave and his team in every aspect of our project i.e. architect's floor plans, project manager on site, logistics and quality of the material. Dave and his architect received our thoughts about our needs and delivered an outstanding output, specifically aligning the floor plans in accordance with Vaastu. Project initiation and execution paced really well thus far. We have thoroughly enjoyed our journey of working with Dave and recommended him to our friends and family.

Dave is a true professional, I hired him to renovate my second floor, expand my bathroom, create a laundry room and bar area. He and his workers did such a great job, we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dave and he will do all of my contract work going forward.

After our first contractor decided not to follow through, we decided to start searching for another contractor. We met with 7 contractors that we vetted both through Houzz and Real Estate Advisor judging on best and most recent reviews. From our first meeting, Dave has been nothing short of amazing to work with. He has years of knowledge, great personality to work with and has the right mix of professionalism and empathy that makes him very likable. We are in the middle of our project right now but I wanted to leave a review because of how confident we already feel with him. Since the beginning he has set reasonable objectives, has found ways for us to save money without cheaping out on product and materials, has been constantly keeping us updated through text and phone calls during the week and on weekends and has been extremely patient dealing with us as this is our first home project and we don't exactly know what we are doing :). He comes multiple times a day and week to come check on the progress of the project. Sometimes things haven't been up to his standard and so he has completely restarted that phase of the project to ensure perfection to his standards which are high. He has also pushed back some installations due to us being slow to choose certain items and has been completely understanding as he wants us to feel confident in what we are paying for. We are very satisfied thus far and cannot wait to see the project be completed! We feel very fortunate to have Dave as our contractor and highly recommend him.

I was not sure if I can get a custom house built. Erna Properties made it very easy and did a wonderful job. Dave Seidenberg was a big help throughout the project.

We had hired another contractor who took our money and ran. Erna properties fixed our 2000sq ft patio and outdoor kitchen from ruins to beauty. The owner sat with us , discussed all of our options, helped us get the best prices on the materials as well as subcontractors to make our outdoor kitchen perfect. The entire project took 2 weeks from the day the took the project on to completion. They were amazing. They were clean and neat. I can not say enough about what a positive experience I had after having 2 horror contractors. We were gun shy for sure but the people at ERNA were with us every step of the way guiding us and now we have the most amazing outdoor space anyone could ask for.

Dave did a fantastic job building our custom home. We worked step by step together on the project and you are involved in all of the important details. Dave gives you the ability to choose from many different types and varieties of materials to truly make your home custom. I would highly recommend using him for a building project.

David built a house for me and did a great job. He is very good and used quality materials. The workers were on time and overall I was very happy with the work.

Erna Properties completed a basement for me. This included doing the drywalling, flooring, heating & cooling and also built in shelving which was done by David and his employees. The project dragged on a little long but other than that they did a great job.

Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.
