We contacted Arcadea for our new home in Boulder County after researching a number of local firms. From our first meeting until the completion of our project, David and the team at Arcadea were incredibly professional and responsive to our design input. As a licensed architect myself and some one who has spent more than 30 years in the construction industry, I appreciated Arcadea being responsive to our budget and schedule considerations without sacrificing the design aesthetic we were hoping to achieve. In the end, we are very pleased with our new home - both the look and the way it functions. We surpassed our design expectations; met our budget objectives; and, as a bonus, we were able to achieve a high degree of energy efficiency without paying a substantial premium (compared to typical a typical custom home).

David and his team stayed with us through the entire project, ensuring that the design was realized to their exacting standards. The final house is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Cecilia, our designer, was absolutely amazing, making the process of selecting all of the finishes actually a pleasure.

An amazing architecture firm. We worked mostly with David Biek, the principal and owner, and found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. We had Arcadea design our new home that is a significant addition and remodel to an original downtown Boulder four-square brick house. He carefully listened to our needs and was very thoughtful in creating options with estimated costs for us to consider. We also had to go through the board of zoning adjustment (BOZA) and he guided us through that process.
