David and his crew were responsive to our questions and concerns - and we had quite a few questions. I was very pleased with the amount of personal attention I received. I also was impressed that the subs came when they needed to and did not waste time. When something needed addressing it was done efficiently and absolutely.

He built my home but never finished it. We sent many emails, and made many phone calls but he refused to come back and finish the work. He stated he couldn’t get contractors to show up. He made lots of promises but didn’t deliver. Shame on you David Bauer!

David Bauer Custom Homes, they did a great job very professional they're really concerned about what you wanted in your home, and staying witin in your bugget. They came into our home and looked at how we had set it up over the years and gave us some ideas on how we could do things in our new home, but he didn't push new trends, they were only concern what we wanted. We hired David Bauer Custom Homes to design and build our family home and after interviewing multiple custom home builders I am still 100% sure we picked the very best one. David is honest, responsive, creative, and very easy to work with during the building process. All the subcontractors David hired were professional and respectful while on site. David ensured everything performed was at the up most quality while trying to stay in budget at the same time. The unique design to my home is EXACTLY what we envisioned and MORE. We hired David Bauer because he offered solutions that were creative, attainable and budget-conscious to the multifaceted problems our plan for our home presented. The project entailed flooring and windows throughout the house, demolition and rebuilding of an addition (with extensive insulation and its own HVAC system), remodeling a kitchen (with extensive insulation), repurposing a living room and dining room as an art and music studio, creating a laundry room on the main floor and organizing all the utilities for these spaces. As each phase of the work was accomplished, and we saw the care, expertise and reliability with which the work was done, we enjoyed ongoing satisfaction seeing the results. The project took roughly nine months to complete. Through that time we were in continuous communication with David Bauer and his team. We walked through the house regularly with David Bauer, and he worked with us to get the details right. The weather, the items we ordered and the house itself all presented surprises, regularly. Each problem was addressed in turn. Having been through four seasons in the house since the remodeling, we are highly satisfied with the aesthetics, comfort and functionality of our home. David Bauer Custom Homes did beautiful work for us.

David Bauer and his team built our new custom country home in 2015-2016. We were complete novices at this, so we were a little unsure of how the whole process would go. David was great to work with, and he was always there with good advice and counsel when we needed it. Although the entire process of building a custom home can seem a bit overwhelming at times, David broke down the steps for us so that we fully understood when the various things would be happening and when we needed to have our decisions completed for those steps. David also helped us to modify and customize our house plans to achieve a floor plan that was perfect for us. The house turned out great, and we are very happy that we chose to work with David Bauer for our big project.

Project scope included a complete remodel of family room. Project was completed on time and on budget. The project planning ensured that work was taking place every day. They were detail oriented and kept the project clean. The end result was a family room that is much more functional. We wouldn't hesitate to use David Bauer again.

Our experience with David Bauer Custom Homes was first class. They remodeled our kitchen and put on an addition to our home that included a sunroom with fireplace, an exercize room and a greatly enlarged master closet. Under the addition they put a basement which contains a man cave, a wine cellar and a lot of storage space. The company is professional and accommodating in its desire that the finished job be just what you want. Suggestions were made that enhanced the final outcome of our project. The detail of the workmanship is something we really enjoy in our home. We give this company a definite thumbs up!
