From the beginning of this project to the end, Dave Brewer Homes was outstanding. All aspects of the construction of our home was seamless. There were never any issues with change orders, poor quality of construction or follow through. This is clearly a builder that prides itself on delivering the highest quality to its clients. Many months after the construction has been completed, Dave Brewer Homes still checks in consistently to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Dave Brewer Homes to anyone looking for a builder with high standards and that cares as much about your home as you do. We do not plan on ever leaving our beautiful home, but if we did, Dave Brewer Homes would be our first call.

We decided to build our first house ever and searched for a company that we could trust to do what we wanted with the budget we had. We selected Dave Brewer Homes after interviewing a lot of builders and we feel so lucky that we made the right choice. Words alone can't describe how we feel about this company. They listened our every need and guided us through the process of building our house. Matt Trask, VP is a very personable and knowledgable man and the employees are the best! We always felt it would be a nightmare to build a new home but with Dave Brewer Homes we can honestly say that we did not have one minute of stress! Everything was explained to us and they kept us informed on everything. Our questions were always answered right away and they made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. The job site was always kept clean and the workers were always honest, pleasant and hard working. This company deserves all the kudos we can give them. They are the BEST!!! I watched this company win awards year after year and everyone I spoke with was very pleased with their home design and the relationship they had with the builder. They are very detail oriented, use the finest materials and seasoned craftsmen. I love my home design and can't wait to see it completed.
