The very wet weather this spring delayed the start of my project, but when the weather cleared, I was thankful that I waited for A New Image. In every part of the contracted project, they exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with their work and definitely would use their services again.

Up date to my June 11 review. Appears I spoke too soon. Almost simultaneously with posting my last review, Deanna got in touch with me and couldn’t apologize enough for not getting back to me. They had gotten my messages but had two family emergencies they were juggling. I kind of wondered because the reviews had been so good for this company. She asked if I still wanted to proceed. Given the good reviews, I did proceed and am glad I did. Deanna and Neil kept me informed constantly about the timetable, scope of work, walked through everything with me and gave me a really good estimate. They followed through on everything in a timely and efficient fashion. Neil went above and beyond to make sure my sprinkler system was operating correctly. The crew was quick and clean and Neil followed up to make sure I was happy. I felt compelled to go back and re-post now that everything is done. First repost ever! This company is for real and I would recommend them for sure. If they can please pain in the rear like me, that says a lot! ;)

I was excited to contact this company based on some pretty decent reviews. I wanted some landscaping and sprinkler services. I left three separate voicemails on three different days in a week but did not receive a return call. Very disappointing. If you are looking for somebody to promptly respond, you may want to look elsewhere. First impressions go a long way.

I knew of A New Image Landscaping for a few years and only heard good things about them so I decided to use them for my new addition on my driveway this past summer. After further review and reflection, I would NOT recommend them for anymore of my home improvement projects. First they gave me a price for the completion of the project and then tried to charge me for additional work that was not on the quote for $900. The second issue was they didn't come back for over 30 days to seal the driveway and by then there was a stain on the new concrete that will not come out .

I have been so impressed and satisfied with New Image Landscape. I built a new home in 2013 and I am proud to say that I am still getting compliments on my landscape and how beautiful and plush my lawn is. I had also had New Image do several other projects for me, including planting trees and forming new beds and they have always been professional, honest and fair. Thank you Neil & Deanna!!

A New Image Landscape did an amazing job on our patio. Neil and his crew built us an incredible stamped concrete patio, fire pit with seating wall, and pergola. Working with A New Image Landscape was easy and pain free. Neil allowed us to make a few changes and add in a few more details to our patio without hesitation. So in other words, they were very easy to work with. I would recommend A New Image Landscape to anyone. A huge shootout to Neil, Deanna, and the whole crew.

Neil and Deanna provided excellent service. New Image redid an existing patio and steps that turned out beautifully. They provided work in weather that was not always favorable. Other projects include our sprinkling system - which now works like new. New Image provides mowing and landscaping services. Always there and always looks great. You will be very satisfied.

We love our patio that Neil and his crew installed for us. The project took just five days and we have attached some photos of the finished item. New Image did a super job and as the project progressed they had no problem making changes to the patio design and creating our new space. On a side note the crew that worked on the project were great, friendly and polite.
