RD Homes

We built a custom home with RD Homes and couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. Their team delivered exceptional service at every stage—before, during, and after construction. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a custom build.

We are thrilled with our experience building a custom home with Ryan and his team at RD Homes. They guided us through the entire building process, offering invaluable advice on everything from major framing and structural changes to the smallest details like hardware selection. Their patience in incorporating our requests and answering our questions was exceptional. Not only do they build high-quality homes, but their warranty service also exceeds industry standards. Whether you seek high-quality finishes, professional taste, excellent service, or peace of mind, RD Homes checks all the boxes. If we ever decide to build again, we would not hesitate to work with RD Homes again!

We had the pleasure of working with Kai on a recent staging project, and the experience was fantastic! As a broker, she is highly professional, communicative, and has a clear vision for how to best present homes. Her attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction made the process smooth and enjoyable. We look forward to collaborating again on future projects!

RD Homes is more than a home builder. Purchasing an RD Homes build is just the start of an amazing relationship. Their quality is excellent, and they stand by it. Want any customizations? They'll facilitate. Any issues arise? They'll immediately address them. The team clearly has deep experience in home building and is extremely talented with a keen attention to detail. They truly and deeply care about their clients. They go above and beyond to make the experience second to none. I would hands down love to work with RD Homes again whether it will be the next house we buy or the next house we build.

You won't find another builder with Ryan's attention to detail and quality - he doesn't cut corners or scrimp on materials. You can tell immediately when you walk in that his builds are simply a cut above the rest. He's honest, trustworthy, and stands by his warranty. We've owned four houses and his was FAR superior in every aspect - quality, design, materials, ingenuity, etc. We worked with him customize, design, and build a 4700 sq ft house in early 2021. He seamlessly guided us through the build process and all of his advice was spot-on. (We built during the pandemic when materials were scarce and projects were being delayed by 2x. So imagine our shock when Ryan delivered ahead of schedule!) We worked with large, well known builders in the past and were shocked at the lack of quality/service. Small business owners like Ryan take pride in their work and will provide white-glove service. There was a stark difference working with large builders vs. Ryan, and if we ever decide to build again, it'll 100% be with Ryan.

Ryan Deason and the team at RD Home are excellent professionals you can trust! They are reliable, personable, and committed to high-quality design and client satisfaction. It was a delight working with them. RD Homes also has a very generous year warranty. I would not hesitate to work with them again. May you find yourself at home with their help too.

RD Homes built our home in Kirkland, WA in 2022. We had an excellent experience. RD has been nothing but exceptional throughout the process. I was impressed with how fast the project moved and the responsiveness of his team. We love our new home and would highly recommend their services for anyone looking for a quality home build.

We have loved the work that RD Construction has done for us. Home is beautiful, workmanship is awesome. In "Extra-Mile" fashion, the support after the home purchase has been exemplary. There were a few very minor issues and they worked to make sure that we were more than satisfied. More than 6 months after the purchase, they have still been responsive to requests for support and information. Great and kind team, everyone involved has been awesome in every way. Highly recommend them.

Ryan builds high quality homes regardless of price point. Also, patient and willing to work with the buyer's special requests for reasonable modifications to existing floor plans and finishes.

When I walked into RD Construction home for the first time I was mesmerized by the finishes. Ryan has amazing tastes from the beautiful kitchen with the top rated appliances to the master bathroom with 5 shower heads and beautiful tile wall. We have lived in the home for 2 months and very happy with the house and building quality. RD's team is very professional and when we've had issues they've been available to help fix them.

RD Construction has been great. We purchased an already-completed new home built by RD Construction, and the support before, during, and long after the sale has been very attentive and thoughtful. High quality finishes, great attention to detail, and work they stand by. Highly recommended, and we will be working with them for our detached ADU as well as future projects.

The craftsmanship and quality is evident immediately upon entering an RD Construction home. As a home stager, I have had the pleasure of preparing one of his model homes for sale, and I have toured completed projects. The attention to detail within is outstanding, and the floor plans are well-thought out and very welcoming. A buyer will be very lucky to live in a home built by RD Construction!
