After careful research and liking what we found, we contacted America's DeckBuilder to discuss our deck project. From day one Gary was straightforward and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative, answering all our questions in depth. He listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. He clearly laid out the project scope, budget and timeline. He was hands-on throughout and kept us in the loop on everything. He and his crew did a precision job and were respectful of our property. The project was completed on time and on budget. Gary takes pride in his work and it shows. The job is impeccable. Its been 4 years since our deck was installed and we have never had a problem. Not even a squeak! We've only needed to contact Gary twice during these 4 years - once to obtain new caps when a rascally raccoon stole some (!) and the second time enquiring where we could find the low voltage bulbs for the stair lights. Both times Gary was prompt and courteous helping us out. Not only did he order the new caps for us but he also ordered the bulbs for us! You can't ask for more than that! Gary helped us even though technically these things were not his responsibility. But that's the kind of guy he is. We would recommend Gary without hesitation. We only wish he did interiors too!

Just had the old deck and screen enclosure replaced. The deck is about 15x 35 and the screen enclosure sits on top of part of it. Did quite a bit of searching for the right contractor. We felt very comfortable with Gary and hired him. He did a superb job! Everything was done as he said it would be. He kept us informed of the schedule and answered all our questions. We never had an issue of any kind. He found things that didn't meet his standards and corrected them without us even knowing. He built it better than we thought it would be. It looks great, it feels great. I can't say enough good stuff about Gary, his work, and his crew.
