Poor workmanship, dishonest, lack of integrity, and manipulative. They offered to fix an issue they caused, in exchange to take down negative reviews. As soon as I took down the review, they began dodging phone calls and texts. They value google reviews more than the quality of work. They left my basement a mess, with an improperly fitted door, baseboards not nailed down, and caused a pipe to burst from lack of insulation.

These guys were great! Fast, good communication and very friendly! We had a deadline and a half finished project from working with another contractor. They came in and did their best to get us what we wanted as fast as possible.

Del Mar Builders is a quality contractor with good understanding of customer needs and has extensive experience in reconstructing a home like mine which was destroyed by fire. Adjustments were made to satisfy all concerned parties when the deadline had to be extended due to subcontractor issues.
