DW3 is far and away the best building contractor we have ever worked with. From beginning to end, Kevin kept us informed. DW3's crews and all of the subcontractors were punctual, courteous, efficient and hard working. We appreciated the attention to detail and professional quality of their work. We highly recommend DW3 and will be using them again in the near future.

We used DW3 Construction for the remodel of our Crivitz cottage. Working with Kevin was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive to our needs, went above and beyond, looked for ways to cut costs, helped fix areas that required updating and had excellent communication. I would highly recommend DW3 if you are looking to remodel.

DW3 is excellent to work with. My wife and I added an addition onto our cabin. We had never did a project like this before. Our project manager was great. He helped us through the whole project, answering many questions, giving us ideas and options on the build. Del’s whole team is great. We felt they went over and above on many parts of our addition, from covering the existing floor and door openings on the existing cabin, to contacting us before continuing or having a better look on the build. Always kept us updated with a call or a text, sent pictures. Ken, a finish carpenter is a craftsman. Would definitely recommend Del, and his team.

Del and team did an amazing job on our lake house renovation. Everything was done with care and the highest level of craftsmanship. The project managers were easy to work with and managed to keep our project rolling despite our being 12 hours away during all of the construction. As this is a summer home, each time we return we are thrilled with the final product.

DW3 and their entire crew were professional, had great response time, keep us informed during the entire process of the additions to our existing home. Their crew was on time, each time they arrived a our home. Very clean job site. Build quality was excellent. We highly recommend them for anyone in need of construction work. We will use again in the future, if needed.

Excellent, timely, helpful and professional. Contractors are always busy, but the team at DW3 always took the time to keep us apprised of schedules, delays and starts when they built our beautiful new garage. Everything was handled with a minimum of surprises. I was most impressed with the quality of the construction itself, down to the nearly-invisible details of the framing.

DW3 did an awesome job on our dream lake home. From the custom wood ceiling and beams to the custom stairway, and fireplace. DJ and his crew did an awesome job trying to complete the project on time and keeping us close to budget. Everything in our house turned out beautifully. They are basically a one stop shop, they do everything, general contracting, finish work, siding, custom wood work, they even built my wife some custom floating shelves. A big Thank you to DJ, Ally, Kevin, Aj, and all employees and subcontractors that worked on our home! If you want to build a new home or remodel I highly recommend DW3 construction.

My wife and I hired DW3 construction for an addition to our cabin which is located over two hours away from our home. It's difficult to decide on contractors when you don't live in the area of the project and I was not that familiar with local builders. We were fortunate to hire DW3. The communication was excellent right from the start. The project manager Kevin O was always quick to answer questions and guide us in the write direction. We noticed the very professional interaction with us and all of the subcontractors. The owner, Del, also was great to work with. I noticied two very minor imperfections and they were both fixed immediately by Del and his crew. Both times he told me "We will make it right." The project was completed at the cost of the estimate except for items that we added after the final proposal.

Hands down, the best remodeling / build experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. We have done many remodels over the years, and DW3 has set a new bar for us :). Their entire team and trusted subcontractors have been wonderful!

We purchased an old farmhouse last year. Our dreams and visions were surpassed by using DW3, as our contractor. We hired them to complete an entire, exterior facelift. They ran into some areas of rot, as expected, and corrected the issues with profession and precision. We added and moved windows/doors, and they gave their experienced opinion on those. We are already planning on hiring them for a future project and would recommend them a hundred times to anyone who's looking for an A+ job. It began with an idea: wouldn’t it be great if this unfinished space were a bunk room? We could sleep loads of kids for years to come. That little idea led to a collaborative project that resulted in 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a family room that transformed the lower level of our cabin in the woods. It has completely transformed the use of the space and will allow for multi-generational family gatherings in our favorite WI escape. Working with Del and his expert team was an absolute pleasure! The workmanship is top notch and craftsmanship of the custom built in's is off the charts! Our project manager, Ryan, managed the construction beautifully despite a very tight timeline, varied COVID complications and clients who were over 1,000 miles away throughout the process. He provided regular communication and shared photos/videos along the way to be sure we were happy with the progress. We are so happy with the work, we have hired DW3 and team to begin phase 2 of the project later this year! 5 stars is not enough to show our appreciation of these guys!
