My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Philadelphia-based interior designer and general contractor Krystal Reinhard breathes new life into old-world spaces, expertly balancing history with a fresh perspective. Specializing in Greater Philadelphia's rich architectural heritage, she partners with clients who want to move beyond textbook traditional to embrace a style uniquely their own. By blending color, pattern, texture, and timeless details, Reinhard creates “old-soul” interiors that anchor clients in beauty, function, and personal meaning. Reinhard founded Old Soul Design Studio in 2015, bringing over 20 years of industry expertise to create a nationally acclaimed, award-winning, and widely published full-service design and construction studio, complete with a showroom. Her approach combines meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to creating spaces that tell stories, evoke emotion, and endure.
