Deb is ah-mazing! She got our personal style and was able to nail my vision while being thoughtful to the elements that were important to my husband. My husband and I are busy all the time running our business and a non-profit, so we wanted our home to feel like a luxury hotel retreat. Deb's extensive experience in the luxury hotel space and luxury home design allowed her to create the PERFECT space four our family to enjoy--while being able to accommodate entertaining and larger events. Our home is complicated, and there are many elements that had to be considered to achieve exactly what we wanted, but Deb always balanced our vision (wants) with our budget (needs) and we are over the moon with the results. Deb provided multiple design options and we loved them so much that it was hard to decide! I can't say enough about DCS, Deb and her team. They are smart, thoughtful and will deliver on everything you want!! DCS was flawless through the design and architectural stages of our design and I can't wait to see it come to life. I will be sure to provide an updated review once we are complete!!

Deb has been really great to work with. Her attention to detail and eye for design is exactly what is needed for renovation projects. Her flexibility and open communication made our job much easier. The Luana Waikiki Hotel Condominium Association has had the great pleasure of working with Deb Rosenblum of Design Create Space for the past three years on building interior enhancements including hallway wall treatments, unit entry door and lock replacements, hallway lighting upgrades, carpeting replacement and lobby and mezzanine furniture replacement. In addition Deb has spearheaded the design and contract management entire building envelope project (almost $5 m.) to include window and glass railings replacements, exterior painting and decorative lanai partitions installation elevating the Luana Waikiki Hotel to a boutique hotel. Deb's creative yet practical design and attention to detail has been well received by our owners and guests. She has great communication skills and familiarization working with Condominium Associations and excellent follow thru with the timely completion of the projects. We can heartily recommend working with Deb on any commercial project.

Deb has been nothing short of exceptional. She is creative, innovative, thorough, communicative and is “hands on”, coordinating all parties involved. Deb is on top of every detail of the project; insuring each phase is completed on time (or ahead of schedule), to the exact specifications required, We are extremely fortunate to have Deb on this project...and we are already working with her on second project.

What can I say? Well, Deb has been AWESOME in every way!! We have done several major projects with her here at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa. Working with Debra at Design Create Space has always been a pleasure. We've completed several projects together. She's sure to bring amazing, fresh new design ideas to the table as well as her wealth of knowledge in Architecture. Together we find ways to bring her design concepts for custom lighting and furnishings to fruition which can be a challenge to execute, but trusting in Deb's vision to pull all of the elements together into a cohesive package has resulted in some beautifully completed projects.

It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Deb Rosenblum's architectural skills. When my husband and I purchased our Kailua home, it was in need of a complete renovation. We realized this would be a lengthy project of planning and implementing. Renovating an existing home is a daunting task due to limits imposed by our original structure and footprint of the home. We hoped to retain the charm and update the structure. Our dream was a home that allowed for family and friends to relax in comfort while enjoying our spectacular Kailua Beach. We interviewed several architects all with wonderful resumes. I expect all were qualified but only Deb radiated a sense of excitement and enthusiasm for our project from the moment she entered our home. Deb was eager to tackle every challenge and create the home we envisioned. She listened thoughtfully to our ideas and helped us to bring them to life. In the process of planning, Deb assisted us with computer aids which allowed us to virtually explore the spaces. I enjoy selecting interior finishes and Deb provided great sources from which we could select those materials. Her recommendations included state of the art materials that were durable and beautiful. When we completed the planning stage, we left the project in Deb's capable hands. In addition to designing our home Deb was our project manager. She had a fantastic working relationship with the building team and sub contractors. She also introduced talented experts to us who added custom details that set the house apart. She visited the site often and through weekly calls kept us updated on progress. She was persistent in permitting process and the details of construction. She is a force of positive energy! Our beautiful home is now completed and it is everything we had hoped it to be. Our children and grandchildren have already enjoyed many happy days in the space Deb created. I am thrilled to finally be living in our new home but enjoyed the process of working with Deb. The job is complete but she will remain a friend for life!
