We used design equations on recommendations of a neighbour. We have now completed our second project and couldn't be happier. Brenda is very helpful, full of ideas and very accommodating. The product is so unique and has given our yard a beautiful finish with a unique look and polish. Perfect back yard solution, the sky is the limit with this product!

We have a beautiful patio/deck area on top of our newly renovated building. Unfortunately, we were unable to spend any quality time sitting out there as the sun would be so hot and there is no shade. Thankfully, we contacted Design Equations in Winniepg, Manitoba. I spoke with Brenda and Randy. They were a fantastic team!! They came up with a customized project... to attach 8' black mesh between the pre-existing metal arches with accent of 4' cedar coloured mesh centered on the black. The mesh solution works as we have strong winds that are a factor and the mesh provides less resistance, preventing damage to the cover. It stays up all winterlong as well... does well with the snow. It also allows some filtered sun to make its way through. We really feel that this is an attractive and functional shade cover, making this space usable. We are so pleased with the finished look. Hello, I purchased the "deck-all" product from Design Equations. The product is normally intended for use as a covering for the sides of decks, etc. I decided to use it as a wrap for a Gazebo (essentially like a bug screen) since the material is much stronger than typical bug screen. It worked wonderfully, and the Gazebo works great. To date I have not experienced any issues with the screen in terms of tears, rips, etc. I look forward to many years of trouble-free use. The Gazebo gets a lot of complements from people who come over! I highly recommend the Deck-All screen material for any application where a strong see-through covering is required.
