Joel was awesome to work with. I told him what I wanted in my house and he drew the plans to fit my needs. Turn around was quick and exactly what I wanted.

We worked closely with Cornerstone Home Designs to get a design that was practical and suited us. We got exactly what we asked for and needed. We wanted a plan that would allow us to live completely on one level (as we age), but with guest rooms that could be closed off when not in use. As the design evolved, we also incorporated a laundry room that can be accessed from the hall or through our master bath, super convenient for empty-nesters! We have tons of flexible spaces (lower rec room and storage, upper loft area) that we can use as we wish, but future owners can easily transition to their needs. The design takes full advantage of our gorgeous lot and views, with plenty of outside space. Our floor plan suits us beautifully and we love the finished product!

When we started working with Joel at Cornerstone Home Designs, we had an idea of what we wanted and he was considerate of that while guiding us in the right direction. His willingness to incorporate what we wanted together with his creative ideas and structural knowledge led us to our dream home.
