This is the 2nd time I've worked with BMB Design and have been VERY happy with the results both times. A great design plan that addressed all of my concerns and wishes was brought to life by Benita and her contractor! We love our new kitchen!!

Working with Benita was such an awesome experience! She was always cheerful, organized, dependable and very professional! Benita took the time to study the design elements of our house, so as to make the new master bathroom fit right in! She had excellent ideas and suggestions when it came to selecting all the colors and materials needed for the remodel. Every single detail was well thought out and finished to perfection! I am a contractor who has worked with Benita Brewer for almost 20 years on all sorts of projects. Benita is tremendous. We work with many different types of customers in this industry....residential GC's, commercial GC's, designers, direct with customers, etc...and she is about as good as it gets to work alongside with. Construction/design by nature can be challenging especially in these recent times---but her projects are frankly some of the smoothest we encounter. Her attention to the details is what sets her apart from other folks...and in remodeling it's all about the details. I would highly recommend Benita to anyone looking for some design/build/remodel help for any project large or small.

We loved the outcome of our new large primary closet, laundry room and bathroom project. My husband designed the floor plan and Benita helped us with the cabinets. Benita listened well to my desires of how I intended to use the space and the need for storage. Initially the plan she presented was thousands of dollars over our expectation, but we were able to cut many of the bells and whistles and create practical and pretty finishes and spaces that met all our needs and hopes. We have recommended Benita and Steve to several other friends considering remodels.

I lived with an outdated kitchen and bathroom for years with layout and functionality problems I couldn't solve on my own. Benita helped me create a kitchen and bathroom that are both practical and pretty. She's an expert on design and fit--very accurate and on trend. She suggested space-saving cabinetry and "extras" that I now can't live without. As for design, I had a fairly good idea of what I wanted, and Benita helped bring it all together with supportive ideas & vendors with quality products and good selection. I can't say enough about the contractors in her group. When you work with people for months, you get to know them pretty well. Benita and Steve (in particular) are people I trust in my home and grew to look forward to seeing. Both are responsible and responsive, fair and honest. Actually, one of my biggest worries before work began was "will my dogs get out?" But the gates stayed shut, the doors watched, and the baby gates latched. Every day our dogs looked forward to seeing "the guys" and were probably sad when they stopped coming by. Overall, our experience was very good. The time and budget predicted were fairly close to what we expected. And now I have a kitchen and bath that I love-- sometimes I actually just go in there and look around! Seriously, I shouldn't have waited so long. BMB helped me make a dream come true and I'd highly recommend.

Benita was wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful in planning our first-floor remodel! We had some ideas but it was such a relief to get her professional input and suggestions. Her plan was much better than mine :)

I now have an awesome spa-like master bath thanks to BMB Designs. Benita helped make my vision a reality. My master bath was totally re-configured for better functionality/light (and beautiful to boot). She was awesome to work with, great at communication and making sure everything throughout the process was up to speed. Contractor, Steve and all the workers (tile, flooring, paint) were very respectful, clean, did top notch work. Kudos! The end result - fantastic!! Benita had the best design ideas and was the most reasonable bid I received. I'm so grateful for a job well done!

Working with BMB Designs was awesome. She was so helpful in designing our new kitchen. Her ideas were great and having her help with picking out colors for granite, sinks, grout, etc. etc. was invaluable.

I absolutely can not imagine having done this project without Benita. She is very knowledgeable, of course, and has great suggestions! I'm glad I listened to her. And she orchestrates the whole endeavor so that YOU don't have to. She makes sure that everything gets done, and done correctly -- sometimes, even better than you dreamed. It's been six months, but the sight of the new bathroom still takes my breath away every time I walk in it! *** I opted in for a heated floor. A warm bathroom floor is so very cozy, especially in this colder weather. It's nice when the AC is on, too! You will LOVE IT.... no more cold toes....

I am working with Benita on my third project and she is an excellent designer! The first project was our kitchen - she designed it perfectly and I love every aspect of it. Every recommendation she made turned out better than I imagined. My second project was our master bath, her installers did an amazing job and I love the new look. The third project is our garage and we are in the process of completing phase 2 of that project. My husband and I are so impressed with the quality and outcome of phase 1. I highly recommend Benita for any project, her work is outstanding!

We had a 1965 kitchen that needed more of everything – more storage, more light, more counter space, etc. We also wanted modern appliances and to knock out the wall separating the kitchen from the family room. Benita came over and listened carefully to our wish list and our concerns. She came back with a beautiful plan that gave us everything we wanted, and then some. In the planning stage, we particularly appreciated her patience when we’d get worried about something. She’d listen to us, explain our options and help us think it through. As the project progressed, we really appreciated her eye for color and style, as well as the way she stayed in touch with everyone involved and always kept things moving. She’s responsive, professional, ever cheerful, genuinely kind, truly talented and loves her work!

Benita went the extra mile in assisting with space planning for a small master bath and closet. She provided ideas I had not considered, and her ability to produce several types of plans helped to visualize a finished space. Her fee was reasonable, and she provided the finished plans as communicated. She was great to work with and I would highly recommend her to others.

Benita was a pleasure to work with. She was with me throughout the entire project and communicated important changes along the way. I would have never come up with all the unique features and storage she created for our space. Everyone who visits comments how great it looks!

I had a house built in 1936 with a small original bathroom that was in poor condition. Benita was easy to work with and created an attractive design that fit the period of the house. The contractor she worked with did an excellent job. Only specialized tradesmen did the work. A plumber did the plumbing, an electrician did the wiring, a tile guy did the tiling, and a painter did the painting. Work was continuous and was completed in three weeks. I am completely satisfied.

We were very fortunate to receive Benita's contact information from a trusted contractor. Our project was an update/remodel of our entire house. Working with Benita made all the difference to our project since designing isn't our expertise. We quickly discovered it was Benita's expertise, though! She was fantastic to work with....very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. The quality of work from her contractors was top-notch and our project was completed on time within budget with no surprises. BMB designs did an amazing job taking our tiny master bathroom and turning it into a beautiful and extremely functional space. We presented her with quite a challenge because the space is so small, and she managed to make the storage and function work better than we could have imagined. She has excellent communication skills and was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. She has a wealth of knowledge about both kitchen and bathroom design and products that really helped us get exactly what we wanted in our space.
