We were extremely happy with Jenn's services! She really knows what goes into a renovation project, coordinating with everyone involved to make it a success. Jenn was so great about helping us decide what would work based on our style and our budget. I would highly recommend her and she absolutely deserves 5 stars!

We had Jen work with us in designing our bathroom makeover some time back. This is why we found the experience worthy of 5 stars: 1. She is not overbearing as a designer, she lets you take the reins. However she'll be open to you about practical limitations e.g., why having a certain tile on the wall where the shower stream directly hits won't be a good idea in the long term. 2. Working with us as a couple who have very different ideas about what's acceptable when it comes to paint colour choices, one wanting only a shower stall and another a bath tub; Jen almost worked as couples' counselor in making us both meet in the middle, without each of us giving up on our major wishlist items. (However her ideas lined up more with my husband's, but I stood my ground regardless!) 3. She was very responsible and efficient at coordinating supply timelines, and she took care of receiving all the parts when we were overseas for our winter vacation. Other than meeting online a few times, she held the fort for the most part.

We recently worked with Jennifer on our master bath remodel - she was excellent - helping us with our selections of everything from tile, to fixtures to accessories. She listens carefully to what you want in a bathroom and then she finds the best way to do that - we needed a bathroom that combined beauty with safety - and Jennifer more than delivered - she has our highest recommendation

If you are looking to remodel anything in your house you must use Jen! I cannot say enough about Jen! We started our bathroom remodel on our own and that was a huge mistake. We needed a professional to help with every detailed decision and Jen was perfect! She gave us such amazing advice especially how to open the room after we removed the soffit. Her suggestion of an arch was spot on and it is amazing. Moreover the little details of how using white tile in the shower would require special glass so not to be green looking. Can’t wait to start our kitchen remodel next with Jen in from the start!

I am so glad I hired Jennifer to help me with my bathroom remodel! She did a great job designing a new layout for the space to achieve my goals. From there she helped select every detail from tile to cabinets to all the fixtures and hardware. She had great recommendations on where to go to find the things I was looking for, within my budget. We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have had Jennifer as the designer for our bathroom remodel. She approached the project with enthusiasm and guided us every step of the way; through the design phase, selection of materials (tile, countertop, plumbing fixtures, etc) and the construction. She worked with us, understood our preferences, and with her impeccable taste, was able to put together a final product that far surpassed anything we imagined. Now, whenever people visit, the first thing we show them is our 5-star bathroom.
