My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hillary did a fantastic job answering my questions ( quotes/ shipping timelines about the furniture I got from them. And of course they carry great pieces. I’ll certainly buy from them and probably have them decorate in future.

Barb and her team at Design Lab did an amazing job for us. They found gorgeous contemporary Italian furniture and lighting for our living and dining rooms. They were sensitive to including pieces that worked well in our older home. We could not be happier with the service and products and will use them for future decorating projects!

Worked with Design Lab to help furnish my contemporary home. Met with Renan and Hillary for initial consultation but worked only with Hillary thereafter. Appreciate the different price points of quality furniture companies available. Love my Meridiani sofa which was a splurge but truly a statement piece which anchors the living room of my open floor plan. The Blue Dot furniture looks great in guest bedrooms, sunroom and kitchen but be careful as the wood sample was different than the delivered pieces! (I drove to Chicago to see the furniture and sit in the bar stool and chairs.) Love my Camerich bed and comfortable dining room chairs. Hillary designed an ottoman which turned out well. Appreciate that I was able to hire her hourly to choose fabric at another furniture store as I wanted to sit in all pieces before purchasing and wasn't able to do that with everything through Design Lab. There were a couple hiccups as happens in any project but Hillary worked through them diligently. She is professional, a talented designer and works hard. Pleased with the end result and love my home.

We are so incredibly happy with our beautiful, more contemporary transitional kitchen, 1st floor bath, and dining room. We desperately needed to update our kitchen and Renan helped tie the entire 1st floor design together. She had an vision for opening up the floor plan, while also making use of a lot of local, Cincinnati vendors and suppliers. She saved the day a number of times throughout the project by finding a floor installer that could meet our schedule and helped find faucets same day to keep the project on schedule. Our 1st floor is gorgeous and functional. She is passionate about modern design and has fantastic taste. Highly recommend the Design Lab and Renan!
