Dexperts

Dexperts really came through for us when we discovered rotting wood beams and posts were developing into a structural hazard in our large second story deck. They worked closely with us in person and in writing from clearly explaining the extent of the problems they uncovered, options we had, working with us on design issues that had to be cleared through an HOA, to preparing engineering designs and constructing a rock solid deck that met all applicable building codes. Our new deck is beautiful and it will undoubtably outlive us!

Andrew and his Dexperts team were great to work with. They were professional, respectful, responsive and great at their work. This was the second project we hired Dexperts for as we were very satisfied with the first time we worked with them. Our second project was much larger and more complex and they exceeded our expectations in delivering a beautifully crafted project!

We were looking for someone to build a railing on our deck. We contacted several contractors. Dexperts got right back to us. They came out and measured. Showed us examples of colors and rail designs. We were given a quote on the spot. It took a few weeks and they set a time for installation. The project was done in a few hours. 3 men on the job. All very nice! When they finished it was amazing! We love it! Andrew Bleyhl Is the best. He was always on time and very thorough. He’s the man in charge at Dexperts! You will not be disappointed! These guys know what they are doing! We had Andrew and Dexperts do two projects for us, the first finished in 2023 and the second in 2024. We had the old wooden deck railing on one deck replaced with aluminum railings & glass and it provides a nice view of the lake that we can enjoy while sitting on the deck. The second project renovated two other decks and stairs with composite decking and aluminum railings, and they also installed a railing along the sloped driveway. We are very pleased with the work Dexperts did, and Andrew's followup throughout the projects.

Andrew did a great job estimating my difficult 2-level deck. He was professional and friendly and answered all my questions promptly. When I asked to see a railing sample in place, he found me a customer within a mile of my home. Really, he has gone out of his way to be helpful with not-the-easiest client, and I look forward to giving him more business in the near future. One thing I especially like about his business is that he takes care of his employees with retirement savings accounts and a health plan. That's why he's got great workers on his team.

I can't say enough good things about Dexperts. They were professional in every aspect of the job, from Andrew's first visit, all the way through to some final finishing touches that I hadn't even asked for. Kevin and his crew were really a pleasant bunch of guys and they all knew what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

The team was amazing. We required a new deck. We did not want the composite. We decide on Red Balu (Batu). Once we started, from deconstructing out current deck and replacing with the new decking it took just 10 days. I know this is a cliche, but they exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. They were professional in all aspects, clean up was immaculate and the craftsmanship was outstanding. I would highly recommend without a bit of hesitation.

I hired Dexperts to replace and upgrade our two decks. We had astroturf on the decks previously and it was seriously beyond it's expiration date, shedding bits of green all over our house, down the storm drain and into our front yard. The owner contacted me quickly, came to the house, made recommendations and brought over examples of decking he'd recommend. We signed the contract, and there was about a two month wait for the work to start. Once the work began Dexperts removed and disposed of the old material, enhanced the shoddy framing, while taking care not to damage the non-permeable membrane under the frame, and laid out new composite decking. They estimated the work would take two weeks, but once it got started it was basically 98% complete in 5 working days, only delayed due to some materials showing up late. The owner and team was always very responsive, personable and flexible. Though they are not cheap, their work is high quality and you can tell they are subject matter experts in their area of focus.

Andrew was very courteous, professional, and responsive. He made it easy to understand our options and explained everything in detail; it was clear he has vast knowledge and experience in deck materials and design. The crew is the best we've ever worked with as they were punctual, hard-working, detail-oriented, and very friendly. We're thrilled with our new deck and highly recommend them for any deck project!

Dexperts is an outstanding company. We had three decks removed and new ones built this past spring. Andrew & Kevin were VERY responsive & communicative throughout the project. The crew showed up early each day & worked throughout. There seemed to be a rhythm among the crew, as the workload flowed & each member performed his own specialty. Our next door neighbors (each in construction & in engineering) noticed this as well & commented on how impressed they were watching our decks go up. Dexperts were incredibly responsive and professional right from the start. Communication was easy and quick. Lots of great details were provided via email prior to our quote. Andrew was on time and gave great insight to my wants and needs for our deck project. He was quick to get us a quote back and when our needs changed he was able to customize our project for it to be exactly what we wanted and needed! The employees that built our deck worked efficiently but with a strong attention to detail. I honestly could not be more pleased with the results! I would recommend Dexperts to any and everyone!
