Diamond Kitchen & Bath

I really wish I could give a 5 star review because I was happy with the design process and the finished result but the in-between was not good. I was quoted 4-5 weeks time frame. They sent a 1 person crew who showed up for a total of 7 hours the first week, less than 8 hours the 2nd, about 8 hours the 3rd, 6 1/2 hours the 4th. In the middle of the 5th week I asked the worker if he would be done by the end of the week and he laughed. Meanwhile, my house was in disarray. I had asked the worker in the first week about how many hours he would be there per week since the contract stated I needed to have my house available M-F 8:30-5:00. When he was only there 7 hours the first week I was concerned. He assured me it would be finished in the 4-5 week time frame. Since he provided the assurance, I did not contact Mike (the owner) until week 5. My biggest frustration at that point was that Mike, instead of accepting responsibility for his worker not putting the time in, turned it onto me and said I shouldn't have waited until week 5 to let him know. In my opinion, a good business practice would be for someone to contact the customer mid-way through the job to see how things are proceeding. Also, he said the 4-5 week timeframe was that the work didn't have to be complete, just usable. While the kitchen was a total renovation, it is a relatively small room, no walls needed to be moved and the flooring did not have to be replaced. There is no way this job should have taken more than 4 weeks. Instead it was almost 6 full weeks until it was complete. Also, when I complained at the end of week 5, now in a rush to complete the job, some of the work done was so sloppy that I had to call Mike again and it had to get re-done. And again, Mike's response was that since I insisted the work be done asap, that's why it wasn't done correctly the first time. I just wanted him to own and acknowledge the fact that his worker did not put in the time he should have to complete the job on time. I wasn't looking for a discount or anything, just someone to take ownership that they dropped the ball. For that reason, I would never use them again or recommend them.

For the last year, my experience with Diamond Kitchen and Bath has been nothing but a complete nightmare! Diamond Kitchen and Bath were very quick to take my money. However, a year has gone by, and I’ve neither received the items ordered nor my refund of $2004.48. Diamond Kitchen and Bath never communicated to advise that my items were available for pickup. Since more than several months went by and I had not received the items ordered nor any communication from Diamond Kitchen and Bath, I canceled my order. A complaint to the owner regarding the months of communicating with their sales representative without success to obtain my refund fell on deaf ears. After several months passed, the owner, Michael Reisbord, called me and advised me he was refunding my money in full. However, he has reneged on his agreement to do so and told me to take him to small claims court. Just a warning to anyone thinking of doing business with Diamond Kitchen and Bath or Michael Reisbord be forewarned.

We just completed our kitchen renovation with Diamond Kitchen and Bath and could not be more pleased with our experience and end product. The process in designing our kitchen with Nick was seamless as he guided this process from beginning to end, Nick listened and incorporated all that was important to us. We started with a basic concept which morphed into a modern space encompassing beauty and utility. The crew was professional and maintained the cleanliness in our house, despite all the dust from the renovations. The project kept to the timeline and there was attention to every detail. Our new kitchen space is inviting, open and more functional which allows us to entertain and prep in our kitchen like never before. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Nick at Diamond Kitchen and Bath for any home renovation.

Diamond Kitchen and Bath was referred and I hired for two complete bathroom renovations on the 18 year old home we moved into. Mike and his team were exceptional to work with and the design plans impeccable. Choice of materials we used was difficult as everything is just beautiful. The crews that worked the projects were clean, on schedule and with attention to detail. Any questions were answered through the process. With these projects complete, we decided immediately to use Diamond for a complete kitchen renovation as well. They actually designed our kitchen and adjoining small den into one larger kitchen. There is not an inch of wasted cabinetry/storage space in what is now a gorgeous and functional kitchen. With our new breakfast area, the entire kitchen is huge for a town home. I would recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath for anyone considering an upcoming project. They are are professional and wonderful to deal with from design concept through completion of the work.

Diamond was fantastic from start to finish. They offer a clean, organized and well-appointed showroom to see and touch a wide range of fixtures and finishes. The showroom staff was fantastic at listening to our wants and working with us to meet our budget. The design and planning process was detailed. The installation process went smoothly and the work was impeccable. Diamond's guarantee is a kind assurance on top of their obviously high quality work. I can't speak highly enough of Mike and his team. I would absolutely call them again to work on another room.

i love my kitchen. mike provided excellent advice and guided me toward tasteful and useful decisions. he worked within my budget and helped us navigate through an insurance claim. i have had this kitchen for almost a year and there is not a day that goes by that i am not thrilled to have it. the workers were very good in that they were fast and neat and alerted us, again expertly, to unforeseen problems (electrical/plumbing) that needed attention by other contractors. my complaint about the workers was a language barrier which proved to be a problem at times. the project manager tended to be difficult to deal with when problems arose. all in all i would not only recommend this company, i would hire them again. they are professionals all the way and they are fair and knowledgable. when i researched contractors for this job i liked the personal touch i received from diamond kitchen & bath. i found the owner was determined to satisfy me and make me happy. i am very happy with my beautiful kitchen.

We chose Diamond Kitchen and Bath for our Master Bath remodel because they had the best selection of contemporary fixtures. We are very happy with how the finished product looks; they helped us to achieve our vision. The contractor assigned to our job was particularly skilled at tiling, and he was very pleasant to work with.

Diamond Kitchen and Bath renovated, down to the studs, two full baths in my home. They brought the ordinal bathrooms of my 35 year old home up to today's standards. The entire process, from visiting their large showroom for design ideas to demolition to the fine detail of finishing the punch list was all handled very well by their processional team.

Brand new kitchen. Design was unbelievable. Made recommendations that I did not think of. Complete remodel, increased size of the kitchen. Looks like a showroom. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional and neat.
