DIAMOND POOLS AND SPAS

Our entire experience with Diamond Pools & Spas was terrible. Told them upfront we not only needed weekly pool maintenance, but quickly needed a pool heater, cover, and ladder installed. Being stuck at the house during this quarantine, one of the few perks we had was the pool but we needed at least the heater to use it. We also said if this company could take care of our current pool properly, we would be replacing the vinyl pool with a fiberglass or concrete one in the winter. My wife and I both asked multiple people in person and through email how quickly we could get it heated. Even when there was mention of a delay on the pool cover, we clearly kept saying we needed the heater as fast as possible. Didn't get the estimates until we asked to cancel service.
