I have called on Diane and her crew a few times over the past 10 years and have always been very pleased with their work. Diane takes the time to understand what you are looking for and is very flexible in providing services that range from a full re-do to paying her just for consulting. I've usually landed in somewhere in the middle and love the results. Quality design, furnishings and people all the way around!

Diane Bishop Interiors managed the entire process of furnishing our new vacation home, from start to finish. We spent over eight months planning, designing and selecting all the furniture (inside and outside) and light fixtures for our 5500 square foot home. Working with Diane and Colleen exceeded my expectations in every way. They were entirely focused on my project, and gave me their undivided attention each time we met. Their positive attitude and enthusiasm for the project meant so much to me, and made the experience of working together fun and thoroughly rewarding. I found them to both be wonderfully creative, flexible, practical, responsive and professional. The project came in on budget and everything was delivered according to our deadlines. The end result is that I walk around our new home loving every single item which was selected with Diane, and I would not change one thing about the experience.

Diane Bishop Interiors recently helped us with our kitchen re-model and it was the best decision we ever made. My husband and I had dreamed of having our kitchen re-modeled for years. The big piece that scared us about having the kitchen re-modeled was all of the decisions we would have to make together in the process. We had a sense of what we wanted in a kitchen but the task of pulling it all together was daunting. Diane served my husband and me in many roles. Her first visit out to our home was really finding out how we envisioned our space. She was able to easily understand the look we wanted and enhance our ideas while giving us suggestions and ideas that never occurred to us. She has an excellent structural eye and made a number of suggestions (that were not expensive) which made a huge impact on the look and feel we wanted. Diane and her team guided us the entire process from selecting a contractor, to blue print design, to picking the cabinetry, flooring, granite, lighting, furniture, sink, appliances, fixtures, furniture placement, window treatments, paint, picture placement......the list goes on. Working with Diane and Colleen was like working with trusted friends. They were always available to us with great solid advice and creative ideas. Diane and Colleen are not only skilled interior designers; they are excellent listeners, collaborators and hand holders! No matter the size, a room remodel requires lots of decisions, attention to detail, negotiation and above all patience. Diane and Colleen ’s support during a seemingly stressful transition made the process actually very fun and enjoyable!

Our family home of 38 years sold unexpectedly last spring. We purchased a townhouse with the idea of renovating the kitchen, living room and basement. We had some pieces of furniture we wanted to keep but we also wanted a completely new bedroom and living room. We wanted a more modern look with the"wow" factor but still be able to have our grandchildren visit. It was obvious we needed help with this transition. Diane was able to pull everything together for us from the day we took possession of the new house. She helped us develop a color palate so we could paint and gave us floor plans to place the furniture we wanted to keep. Diane guided us in choosing the fabric and style of our new furniture and created window treatments to compliment our look. She even found a home for all our art work. In addition, Diane was able to connect us with a kitchen designer and contractor who she has worked with to complete the renovations. Her relationship with them allowed her to guide us and them through the entire process. As with any project of this size, there were some bumps in the road. What a pleasure it was to have Diane in our corner. She made sure we were 100% satisfied with everything. We recently had a party for my husband 's retirement and it was the first time many of our guests saw the house. It was wonderful to hear our guest say...Wow, your house is beautiful! Diane worked with me to decorate my family room. She found interesting pieces that worked with my existing furniture and overall gave me a beautiful room to enjoy.

Whenever I’ve called Diane, whether I wanted to furnish a model home or my family’s residence, she listened carefully to our ideas, incorporated our antiques and reimagined the space with just the right color, texture and a touch of whimsy.
