My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

NOW SERVING NORTHEAST IOWA. Principal Designer, Darci L. Borisy has more than 25 years experience with remodeling and new construction projects throughout Orange County California. Built on creativity, collaboration, and unparalleled service, the DLB Designs experience is focused on crafting the ideal environment for each client, drawing inspiration from the client and using it as the guiding vision to curate their dream space. Maintaining lasting relationships with clients is a core principle of DLB Designs. Whether designing kid's rooms, remodeling an entire residence, kitchen or bathroom, or executing a ground-up build, the focus is to provide amazing service to my clients, often forging a lasting bond and friendship. I am excited to say that I am now serving Iowa. I have relocated to Northern Iowa and I look forward to creating new designs and lasting friendships with the wonderful people of Iowa.

Darci Borisy helped us to design our entire home when we moved in. She sat and listened to what we wanted and then set up amazing options of each room design for us to choose. This showed her thought and perfect application to what we were looking for. Darci is the sweetest, easiest and most honest person I have ever dealt with and would highly recommend her to everyone regardless of what their specific goal is She can do it all. The final outcome was outstanding and I will continue, without hesitation to contact her for her professional advice.
