Diana and I are thrilled with our new home in Cape May, NJ . This was unchartered territory for us, as we did not have any experience building a custom home. The entire process from design to completion was a pleasure. Upon meeting Jim Barnes in the early stages of interviewing builders, we immediately felt comfortable with DL Miner. Jim and Donny held our hands through each stage of the project and we had a lot of fun as well. They were easy to communicate with and were always pleasant and professional. Every step and every detail were accounted for in an organized and well-documented fashion. The workmanship was outstanding and DL Miner had the ability to take our thoughts, photos and ideas and produce a quality home. The weekly email and photo updates were awesome and every contractor they used were top notch. Over this past year, we have had many inquiries regarding our architect and builder and hope DL miner will continue their success in Cape May.
