Dave and his team were fantastic to deal with, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Dave took the time to help me with the design and colours for my kitchen renovation and it was completed right on schedule. I love it. We are now working on a design for my master bedroom bathroom . I highly recommend Dave.

We have used DMJ Construction for numerous home renovations and have always been very happy with the results. Dave is honest, very helpful and pleasant to work with, no pressure at all. They completed 2 bathrooms which were gutted and re-constructed, and also rebuilt our finished basement after a flood. The results were amazing!

Dave is incredibly knowledgeable which helped us feel confident about our decision and in the end of the work was beautifully done. He replaced 2 windows for us and one was an egress which required cuts into our concrete foundation and installing a window well. Dave was a professional - finished on time and every detail was taken care of!

We had a substantial renovation done to our home by DMJ. We had • 4 walls removed, 3 of which were load bearing • kitchen doubled in size • hardwood installed throughout main floor and upper floor • stairs completely re-done with new treads and new spindles • most of the ceilings had stucco removed • huge majority of the house painted • this job started end of February, 2024 and mostly finished beginning of September, 2024 Dave’s team of Juergen, Ian and Brian were great. They were courteous and polite and they spent time at the end of each day cleaning up. Overall, we are happy with the end result. One thing Dave could improve on is his communication skills. Sometimes it took a while to get him to understand our vision of what we wanted. But, we did mostly get there in the end. Not only would we use DMJ again but we would recommend them to anyone looking to do renovations to their home.

The project at my home involved the demolition of a small bathroom and adjoining walk-in closet to construct a modern new large bathroom. DMJ Construction and Renovation were the general contractors who also ensured all sub-contractors were capable and experienced in their various trades. I was delighted with the end result which included large scale movement of all the plumbing and the installation of all new electrical. The brand new shower was designed with my full participation, and the tile work and glaziers were top notch. I've attached a collage that shows the various angles of the new bathroom. Needless to say, I'm delighted with it!

Dave and his top notch crew have done many jobs at our house over the years. The 1st was a basement leak, he dug down to the footings of our foundation from the outside and applied the wicking membrane and we haven't had any water in basement since. He replaced our kitchen floor that a previous contractor completely botched, while also connecting a new dishwasher and kitchen faucets. They also did a fantastic job doing a complete makeover of our upstairs bathroom with new tub, proper water proof drywall, new flooring, sink and matching vanity, door and paint. His crew made sure that there was no mess at the end of the day and took away all the garbage upon completion. I highly recommend DMJ for any work that needs to be done.
