Great to work with and the results were amazing! We remodeled our kitchen and Jack and Jill bathroom with Dogwood. Complete transformation from the 90's to modern look and surfaces. We also ended up adding several elements to the project so the entire first floor would match the updated kitchen (refinished and stained wood floors, updated stair railings and spindles to iron, painting, etc). We were very happy with the project and the crews and highly recommend Dogwood.

We had another flood recently and thru negotiations we are going with a company chosen by the insurance company because of the warranty to them. not happy but cannot afford to do it out of pocket. our family was not happy to go with another company knowing the quality and professionalism of Dogwood. We can't say enough about our positive experience with Dogwood Home and Design. Major renovations in your home can be stressful, but Gina and her team were really able to mitigate the amount of stress we felt throughout the process. Everyone was pleasant and always had a positive attitude, which is key when having people in your home daily. I felt that things were kept as clean as possible throughout the project. We have a 2 year old and living through this could have been an absolute nightmare, but Dogwood even arranged to have a mid-way clean session to help with the dust. They go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Anytime I had questions or concerns, they were taken care of immediately. When the project was finished, I felt my floors weren't as clean as they could have been after the final cleaning. They even sent someone over to take care of that! Thanks to them, we are now enjoying our dream kitchen everyday and we're so proud to show it off! If you're thinking about a renovation, I would definitely use Dogwood Home and Design.

Gina and Don did a great job on our home. They updated 3 bathrooms at a reasonable price. Gina provided helpful design recommendations which helped jump start the project. The quality of the work was also very good.

Dogwood stepped up to help us renovate two upstairs bathrooms when we had major plumbing issues. Gina’s eye for design and sensing what should be kept and what should go was impressive. The workers that came into our home were respectful, personable, and cleaned up well after themselves. Gina and Don were a pleasure to work with and we would not hesitate to use them for another project.

Dogwood Home and Design completed the project beautifully and professionally. The only slight issue was that the project took a few weeks longer than originally scheduled.

Gina and her team did an amazing job on this huge renovation. Every inch of our house was touched by her expertise. As can be expected with a project of this scope, there were many unknowns that surfaced. I loved Gina's solutions attitude and her quick response time and availability whenever we needed her. Her positive demeanor is contagious and always left us feeling as ease during this transformation. The time frame and the budget was communicated regularly and there were no unpleasant surprises. She worked with our realtor and our stager to make sure that everything tied together with quality and excellence. Extremely pleased with the finished project.

Very PLEASED ,remodeled a rental which can be a nightmare BUT this went very smooth quick & everything was explained in depth. Design ideas, knowledge & price was the deal breaker. Old carpet/padding removed and new ( padding 6oz), strips/wood were replaced . A wide variety of new carpet &( hardwoods for the entrance) were available to choose from, new carpet & hardwood is awesome . Roof the same old off & new installed in ONE day. Sturdy superior shingles & latest attractive colors and warranty are excellent. Workers all were polite and professional. Gina was an absolute pleasure to work with. She and her team are very professional and extremely talented. I've hired numerous contractors in the past but Gina was the only one able to tie together an eye for design along with skilled craftsmanship.

Fortunately for us, we chose Gina Pace & Co. to do a turn-key complete remodel of our master bath, kitchen, guest bath and fireplace surround. What Gina brings to the table is excellent construction knowledge and a personality that befits her to soon become a friend of the family. She is an excellent communicator and constantly kept us updated on progress, time frames and schedules. She worked closely with our designer and even offered suggestions that enhanced the final product. She works with your budget in mind and never tried to up-sell something we didn't want.
