My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

DLArchitecture is an Italian Architecture and Interior Design firm with offices in Shanghai since 2006 and Rome, Italy since 2000. The company provides architecture and interior design services within turn-key projects. Projects start from design concept stage, detailed technical drawings through project management, following up with constructors on site, sourcing materials until furnishing stage. Among our projects are residential houses, offices, restaurants, healthcare clinics, shops and hotels. Among the corporate clients are Stroili Oro, Agnona – Zegna, Rhodia, CIE, Albini, Advent, Baring, and more. The company is owned by an Italian architect, Domitila Lepri, who along her career acquired a vast experience in Architecture and Interior Design projects in Italy and China, specialized in renovating old houses and restoration.

Domi and her team is amazing. I had some house renovation before but none of those experience could compare this time. From sharing our ideas , get initial proposal, renovation work begins to final soft decoration, there were great experience all around. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Domi has great taste on pick out colors, shapes , selection of furnitures and decorations. She is knowledgeable professional and always pursue perfection. I also appreciate that she work very well with constructors, check the site regularly and clearly communicated to the contractors what is needed to implement to the design. Thank you Domi

I really like the design of DLAchitecture. They did a very good work in design the layout of my villa. They also take the furniture we like into consideration and vowed 3D accordingly. The are very detail oriented and not only help on design of villa but also on the soft decoration. I will denifitely recommend this company to relative and friend I. The future if they need to hire a designer.

Ireally like the design from DLAchitecture for my villa. The architect remind me many things I missed when design layout of the villa. They are very patient and took the furniture we like into consideration and revised the 3D accordingly. They are also very detail oriented and design not only for the house but also for soft decoration. I will definitely hire this company if I need to hire an architect again in the future.
