Sandra is awesome! The house was a new construction and Sandra helped me with all the details. She helped me pick out tiles and countertops and ensure everything matched properly. We put in a wall panel that she helped design and get painted. My vision for the guest bathroom/ powder room would not have come true if it wasn’t for her persistence in finding the right person to install the mirror with lights behind it. She is very detailed oriented and learns quickly what I like and didn’t like. I thank her for helping us create a home we love!

Sandra is the best. We did a complete gut to our house. I was completely overwhelmed. I had known Sandra previously as a teacher to her son. I was always impressed with her positive attitude and her kindness. This was even before I knew that she was an interior designer. I told her that one day I would use her to decorate my house. Flash forward 15 years. I called her out of the blue and asked her if she was interested to help me in our complete renovation. Hiring Sandra was one of the best things I have done. I mentioned that I was overwhelmed. She was so patient. She handled everything. She came to all of the meetings with my contractor.She went shopping with me to pick out everything; plumbing, hardware, tile, light fixtures, paint colors; everything needed for a new construction. She then helped me with the design and furniture. Everything came out beautiful. We are so happy. Some of our friends were so impressed that they hired her as well. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sandra.

Our first introduction to Domina Interior Designs was when we visited a friend's home. They had just completed an extensive home renovation. We were so impressed with the results and they agreed to share their source. Since then, Sandra Furlong has renovated 3 apartments for my family within the last 3 years. The first apartment was a gut renovation. Sandra worked on every detail from the initial design layout, the demo, as well as coordinating with the contractor and his construction team. We appreciated her ability to really listen to what we wanted, needed, and then offer options. She tweaked the layout until our wishlist was met. Since we were mostly out of town during the project, Sandra took on the task of meeting with the contractors. We counted on her being our eyes and ears and this definitely reduced our stress. The renovation included repurposing existing spaces, a new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, powder room, appliances, plumbing fixtures, tile selections and design, new floors throughout, millwork, paint color selection, custom closets, lighting and furnishings. When considering which design firm to hire, a "one on one" approach was our top priority and we could not be happier with the results and experience. Sandra has a beautiful way of choosing timeless materials that beautifully compliment each other, absolutely nothing "cookie cutter". We were able to walk into a turnkey home that we have been enjoying ever since. Shortly after, we purchased another apartment in the same building for my mother. Sandra managed the renovation, designed, decorated and furnished the apartment. Sandra worked closely with my mother, and was very sensitive to her needs as a senior person. My mother was happy to be able to participate and actually enjoyed the whole process. Once again Sandra delivered a beautiful turn key space. Apparently, this experience was so much fun for my mother, that she decided to sell that apartment and start all over. The apartment sold in record time! This time my mother engaged Sandra in the search for a new apartment. Everything moved smoothly and quickly and Sandra created another beautiful home. Sandra literally helped pick everything during our home renovation from what type of hardie board and color to use on the outside to the light fixtures, carpet and furniture on the inside.
