We have been using Timeless Design Interriors since moving into the Regency at Monroe, 5 1/2 years ago. Donna, the owner, is our main contact, but her staff is frequently engaged for expert consultation. They are all valued assets to us. We reached out to Donna because we wanted to update the half bathroom oof our kitchen.. As always, we had one clear goal with Donna: we wanted the "WOW" look! Donna and her staff made yet another vibrant transition, turning a dim, unexciting bathroom into an innovative, invigorating space where blending colors and fixtures create an elegant and tasteful vibe. We are thrilled with Donna's decorating skills, but what we appreciate most is working with someone who is flexible, open-minded, professional, and caring.

I had the pleasure of working with Donna and Shari on the renovation of my kitchen, living room and bathroom, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I used Timeless Design Interiors to help decorate some rooms of a new house I purchased and was extremely happy with how the job turned out. Donna came up with a floor plan for the living room that I love and would never had thought to do myself. The finished product is perfect and I enjoy being in “my space”. The floor she and Shari picked out for me to install throughout the first floor of the house was the perfect anchor. It was a pleasure working with Donna and her team. A couple hiccups along the way but all addressed and resolved satisfactorily. Both Donna and Karen have wonderful taste and were wonderful in managing my MB and kids bathroom renovation. From picking tiles, colors, countertops, cabinets and fixtures they were there from the beginning to end of my project which I am now happily enjoying.

Absolutely worth it! I happened to see Donna’s work at play at a friends house and fell in love with her truly timeless and elegant design. I engaged her for designing my empty conservatory to a modern and cosy lounge for me to hang out and entertain. My husband and I hired Donna to renovate our kitchen and master bath. We had two big projects, high expectations and a tight timeline, as we needed everything ready in time to host our family for the holidays. From the design to the execution, we could not be happier with Donna. She understood our style and translated it into beautiful design ideas; she was an invaluable help to manage through the complexity of such big projects (including shopping and managing multiple suppliers); she was very good in following things through and moving things forward; and, as we had some unpredictable issues, she was proactive and flexible in coming up with solutions. Everything looked amazing, was ready in time for the holidays, and we received great feedback from our family and friends. We already have queued up additional projects with Donna, and we highly recommend her!

I first consulted Donna in September 2017. I had purchased a house but not yet sold mine. The new house had an open floor plan that was very different from my traditional colonial home. Donna met with me at both houses and made suggestions about how I could make use of some of my existing furniture in the new home. Her ideas were very helpful. I finally made plans to move in December and I needed more detailed suggestions about space layout and furniture placement. Donna did 3D renderings for some of the areas that I was having trouble planning in detail. These renderings and photos of what the space might look like were very helpful. Donna was extremely responsive despite the fact I asked her to do this with short notice and in a month of holidays. Donna is a pleasure to work with and is very professional and has many good ideas.

Donna and her team have transformed my house into a home. I consistently receive compliments on my renovations from the light fixtures to custom fireplace mantel. It was very important to work with someone whom I can trust and I never doubted Donna had the best intentions and despite a budget she never compromised on quality or creativity, she found a solution to all challenges. Her team became extended family for a few months and they were all great to work with and always considerate in my home and with my dog :) Thank you Donna!!

Donna and Karen were very professional and knowledgeable. They were quick to understand exactly what I was hoping to get assistance with, and quickly came up with a tentative plan and some great "wish list" ideas. My wife and I were looking for someone to decorate our new-construction home and found Donna of Timeless Design Interiors through the Houzz website. The first time Donna came to our house to discuss our project, we immediately knew that she was someone with whom we could work. Our project was fairly large, including a custom entertainment center, new furniture, ceiling fans, painting, window treatments, bedding, artwork and other accessories. Donna is an excellent decorator, but she did not push her selections on us. In general, however, we found that her selections were right on target with our tastes. She used 3-D rendering software so that we could get a clear picture of the layout of the rooms before making our final choices. For items that were available from local retailers, including a new pool table and bar set, Donna spent time with us in the stores. An experienced decorator like Donna provides more than help making selections however. She worked with vendors on custom items, ordered and stored items, and coordinated delivery and installation, even when we couldn’t be at home. If there was an issue with a vendor, Donna quickly intervened on our behalf to make things right. At all times, Donna was friendly, patient, and accessible. Our new house looks like a model home thanks to Timeless Design Interiors.

Houzz I am a professional decorative painter commissioned by Donna to work on a few pieces of furniture that belonged to her client. We consulted about the finish and vision Donna had, and together came up with a wonderful design. Donna gave me artistic license to create, which in the end, is always beneficial to the client. Donna was very professional, fair, pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend her highly and be happy to collaborate with her again for sure!

I have worked with Donna for the past 10 years at different times on various projects in my home. We started with custom window treatments and it was great that she has an extensive amount of fabrics to choose from. She has also helped me furnish and decorate my children’s’ bedrooms, my master bedroom, picked out paint colors for my house and decorate my family room. Each time we worked on an area of the house it was a fun experience. Every time I need help decorang I call her. She is great to work with and I am always happy with the result!

Timeless Design Interiors provided planning, color coordinating, design and installation of fabric selection and layout of window treatments in the master bedroom and master bath. Donna spent 'endless' hours selecting fabric swatches within our price range for consideration in these two rooms. After selection, she ordered swatches and then for greater appeal, helped select borders and trim. Finally, she assisted with the installation, overseeing each element....Great job.!

We hired Donna for our big project when we build a Dementia Assisted Living. Donna did a great job helping us to decorate our community and made it a cozy, beautiful place for our residents. Donna has a very good personality and professionalism and I would recommend as a designer.

Donna of Timeless Designs Interiors is a very talented decorator who designed the decor for my bedroom, produced the cornices for my living room/dining and helped me to find the perfect paint colors for my entire house. Donna did a great job in meeting my design objectives and exceeding my expectations! She reviewed many fabrics until she found the perfect one for the cornices in my living room / dining room; which was not an easy task as the sofa/love seat fabric is a beautiful print but difficult to match. The results are beautiful just as she told me they would be. We reviewed and discussed many options for the bedroom until we found just the right combination to bring out the beauty of my bedroom furniture. Additionally, Donna has excellent customer service skills and is a pleasure to work with. I'm looking forward to Donna helping me to next transform my kitchen followed by my guest room. Hired to do window treatments in a brand new home. Donna was very easy to work with. Great personality, patient and able to convert my desires into reality (which was no easy task!).
